Pallas Hotel

The check in app didn’t work. Their on premise check in app didn’t work. I had to call multiple times just to get someone to come to the front desk. Lamps were missing light bulbs. No TV remote. It’s a dirty hotel

We reserved douple room with air-condition (was +35), got a room but It was changed and they told that they dont have douple rooms with A/C???? Ay The ensi we got 2 single rooms with A/C. Was a bit strange?

Overall a good place to stay for a few days. The check-in was a pain as the desk is not managed. I had to down load an app to check-in and also had to provide a large security deposit to check-in and receive my electronic key.
Once this was complete an electronic key is issued through the app. However, the key did not work. I was lucky to see the cleaning lady who granted me access. She had to call the management to get me access to my room. There is also an electronic key dispenser in the main stairway that can provide a credit card style key that I ended up using for my stay. This made it easier to come and go because i don't have an internal cell plan and had to rely on wifi zones.

This is a very odd hotel. I stayed two nights and never saw or met an employee. You check in on a computer screen and it dispenses key cards after you do data entry of all your personal info including passport info. Another strange thing is my room had a coffee maker and tea pot but no coffee packets or tea packets. So I had to walk across the street each morning to the Shell gas station for coffee.

This was my first time staying in a completely automated hotel. There was no one there to check me in. It took me a little bit of time to figure things out but it all worked out. I was angry briefly because I couldn’t figure out the Wi-Fi and there were no signs in the lobby but luckily another guest had wandered by and said look in your room for a card with the Wi-Fi info which makes sense and I felt stupid for not having done that but being an exhausted weary traveler and thrown off by the fact that there was no one working there I wasn’t thinking clearly and for a moment there I was very angry. I think the hotel could afford to have a sign in the lobby simply saying Wi-Fi information in your room. I know that should be understood but if my exhausted mind I didn’t figure that out then there probably will be others with the same issue. I also think there should be mention of the fact that it’s an automated hotel with no one working there that should be mentioned when you’re booking it.

Positiv: Die Dame, die mir das Einchecken telefonisch erklärte, war freundlich und kompetent.
- Sauber wie erwartet.

Negativ:
- Check-in Automat sehr langsam
- Dachluke als Fenster (1,2x1,2 Meter nur am unteren Rand des Schachts, das Fenster geschätzte 2 Meter höher, ist wesentlich kleiner.
- Jalousieantrieb defekt.
- Getränke der Minibar sind frei, aber wenn keine da sind?

Geht gar nicht:
(Ich gehe mal davon aus, dass der durch Abwesenheit glänzende Hotelbetreiber keine Ahnung hat, was in seinem Hotel los ist)
- Leicht bekleidetete junge (vermutlich osteuropäische) Damen öffnen die Tür für männliche Gäste, die fast im Stundentakt vor der Tür stehen. Ich habe mehrere Gäste kommen und grad eine Stunde später wieder gehen sehen. Am letzten Abend bin ich noch mal kurz zum Einkaufen, da bin ich von einem ankommenden Gast gefragt worden, bei welchem Mädchen ich war.

In solch einer Umgebung geschäftlich übernachten ist ein absolutes NoGo.
Ach so, das Hotel bewirbt sich selbst als Familienfreundlich. Also ich werde dort nicht mehr übernachten und empfehle es momentan auch keiner Familie!

Es gibt keine Rezeption sondern nur einen Automaten zum einchecken. Bei Fragen oder Problemen ist nur per Telefon jemand erreichbar.
Das gibt keinen angenehmen Eindruck.

Hatten Glueck und Zimmer Nr 14, das ein normales Aussenfenster hat. Insgesamt super Einrichtung in dem Zimmer, hier passt das preis-leistungs-verhaeltnis.

スタッフと一度も顔を合わせなかった。合理化されていて便利だが、チェックインのための機械の操作に手間取った。英語が全く出来なければ、少々不安になるかもしれない。

Location is ok if you need to work in the area. It is a comfy room with good shower. There is no breakfast available but you can buy pastries in a Rewe shop which in next doors. There is a nice coffee machine with a 3 pods in the room. Check in is a bit confusing, I tried to check in online as the german hotel app suggested but this has created a confusion with the machine you need to use to get the key. I needed to call to find out that I need to click on an option that I have lost my key in the machine. Otherwise nice place.

최악의 여관, 무인호텔로 독일어나 영어를 못하면 사용이 불가능하다 현금 지급기같은 무인호텔로 2층까지 짐을 들고 가서부터 막힌다 안내하는 사람이 한명도 없다 결국 사용을 못하고 긴급으로 다른호텔을 예약하였는데 벌써 현금을 인출해갔다/ 호텔도 문제지만 호텔스 닷컴은 이런호텔 한국인에게 소개하지말고 당장 퇴출시켜라

사용도 안한 호텔 그리고 분명 주인과 통화했는데 여관비를 기존 카드로 인출해가는 도둑놈 호텔이다 호텔스 닷컴은 명심해라 여긴 호텔도 아니고 한국인은 사용불가능하다....

Leider entsprach das Hotel nicht meinen Vorstellungen. Erst hatte ich extrem große Probleme überhaupt in das Zimmer zu kommen. Telefonisch war niemand erreichbar. Und als ich dann nach geraumer Zeit es endlich geschafft habe musste ich feststellen, das dieses Zimmer innen liegend war und somit keine Fenster in den Wänden Hatte sondern eine Dachluke. Hätte ich das gewusst hätte ich niemals dieses Zimmer gebucht. Ich konnte hier aus diesem Grund auch nicht übernachten und hatte dadurch nun doppelte Kosten

Totally worth it for the money ,Location close to the restaurant , stores free parking

設備には古さを感じるところもあるが、清潔。
高速道路沿いにあるので便利。
アメリカのモーテルの様な感じ。
レストランは地元のご夫婦などが結構いらっしゃっていた。

at 1st floor REWE supermarkdt. very convenience.

The hotel is smart - hotel itself. It means that you can get your key remotely before arrival. Invoice and check out can be done remotely also.
1.Location is good, free parking available. Supermarket is in the same building.
2. The room was extremely clean. Nice smell, clean bed linen.
3.There weren't any windows in room 11, but for the price it was ok to lack of extras.

En general mi estancia estubo muy bien solo el pequeño detalle de que el retenedor de la ducha estaba roto y eso causo un poco de dificultad ducharme.
