We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone visiting Istanbul for shopping.
The location is excellent. The metro station is just a short walk away, and within only 2–3 stops you can easily reach most of the city’s major shopping malls and outlets. It made getting around incredibly convenient.
The hotel staff - Adem, Timur, and others (unfortunately I don’t remember their names) - deserve special recognition. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. Their hospitality made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay.
The breakfasts were delicious, with a good variety of fresh and tasty options every morning.
Overall, this has been one of the best experiences we’ve had in a budget hotel. The price was very reasonable, yet the level of service, comfort, and hospitality exceeded our expectations. It offered outstanding value for money, and we would happily stay here again on our next trip to Istanbul.

Pros:

Loved the location and the room was spacious and good for 3 people

Cons:

The floors were EXTREMELY dirty that if you don't wear a slipper your feet end up looking like dirt is just attached to it
It was extremely off-putting
Also, breakfast food becomes scraps in the last hour and they don't refill it unless you ask them to which most of the time they wouldn't refill except very small plates

We really liked the hotel. It was clean and comfortable. The location is excellent and very convenient. The staff were very friendly and attentive. We would especially like to thank Mr. Adem for his kindness and assistance.

Доброжелательный персонал, хорошее расположение.

Cons:

Номер очень маленький, в ванной комнате тесно.
Завтраки были однообразными и невкусными.
Уличный шум и днём , и ночью, доносился в комнату.
