Great little hotel on the waterfront.
Pros:

Design and decor. Very cool interior design. Room was comfortable and had coffee facilities. Gym, pool and cycle hire available at no cost even though I didn’t have time to use. The breakfast was one of the better ones I had in Chile.

Cons:

Nothing major. I requested a double bed rather than 2 singles but this request was not approved until several hours after I checked out which suggests maybe they are not on top of the booking system.

Cons:

La pieza 213 con baño incorporado no tenía cortina en la ventana, por lo que era poco privado y entraba luz muy temprano. La calefacción del edificio muy alta, daba mucho calor en la noche, aún con el radiador apagado.

El destino ideal para disfrutar de las maravillas de la Naturaleza.
Pros:

Las habitaciones tenían un vista increible, maravilloso ver el mar y las montañas nevedas desde la comodidad de la habitación. Relajarse en la piscina temperada y tener un cena espectacular, hizo que nuestro descanso fuera perfecto. El mejor cierre para un viaje maravilloso a Torres del Paine.

The location and view were wonderful. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. Location very good.

The view is spectacular overlooking the fjord and mountains. The breakfast was good. We were on the top floor. The location is very good to experience the water front beauty. The main town is a few blocks away. But a nice walk. Breakfast was good.

Cons:

The junior suites are a little smaller than you’d expect. The showers doors goes half way that’s the design. The drain didn’t work great and the water would flood over if you didn’t stop the shower every few minutes. I don’t understand the design. If you’re going to have a shower that is not fully enclosed, then the drain system better work well. Otherwise it floods to the floor which happened.

Lo peor q me ha tocado como calidad de hotel. Una decepción total

Mal hotel sobrevaluado. Se muestra como 5 estrellas y no alcanza para 3

Tuvieron las piscinas malas toda la semana no tenían batas de tamaño adulto y no tenían sandalias para subir al spa el supuesto gimnasio es una sala ínfima sin máquinas y q apenas alcanzamos bodega con máquinas de hace 15 años y en mal estado. Tiene en nombre Noi pero no alcanza ni cerca al nivel del resto de los hoteles de la cadena
