The rooms are not clean and it smell like mold
We ask to get adifferent room and they lady in the front desk said there are nk rooms availabale
After few minutes they gave us anew room it eas better but still it felt not clean enough the phones didnt work in the room there was an issue with the electricity
But i didn't complain abiut it, i just left to a different hotel and lost my money

Stayed here for 3 days and had a pleasant experience overall. The hotel is a budget hotel and is clean, well-maintained, and offers good value for money. The swimming pool is large and one of the highlights of the property. The location is also convenient, being close to Pattaya Beach and Central Marina Mall, making it easy to explore the area.
The only drawback is that the floor lobbies are not air-conditioned, which can make them quite warm, especially during the day. Apart from that, everything was comfortable and enjoyable. Overall, a nice hotel and a good choice for a stay in Pattaya.

The rooms were cleaned daily & the staff were wonderful!
Unfortunately felt sorry for the staff that had to keep telling the Indian population to take their clothes off in the pool!
Also the sink tap water gushes out everywhere & there was little or no hot water for a shower.

I had to ask for an iron twice… but to be fair large groups were checking in
Stayed at Centara Pattaya Hotel. The location is very central and convenient, making it easy to explore nearby attractions and markets. The property can be considered more of a 3-star hotel in terms of overall experience and amenities.
One major drawback was the breakfast spread — there were no vegetarian options available at all. This is something the hotel should seriously improve, especially considering the number of Indian and vegetarian guests visiting Pattaya.
