Overall, the staff were excellent, but the hotel and rooms need some improvements and modernisation.

Location very good ,the staff brilliant help full

Cons:

The room needs improvement. There was an unpleasant smell from the carpet, and there were cracks in the bathroom. The bed also needs to be replaced, as the springs made loud cracking noises whenever I moved.

Overall, the room would benefit from better maintenance and a new bed.
