Ein wunderschönes Hotel, aber Frühstück lieber woanders
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön eingerichtet, sehr groß, sehr sauber und leise. Die Lage ist sehr gut angebunden an den ÖPNV. Das Personal war sehr freundlich. Die Betten sehr bequem. Ich würde jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel einchecken.

Cons:

Das Frühstück ist einfach zu teuer. Für 28 Euro pro Person erwarte ich ein exzellentes Frühstück und das war nicht der Fall. Es war besser als ein Durchschnittsfrühstück im Hotel, aber definitiv nicht diesen Betrag wert.

Lovely hotel with some room for improvement
Pros:

Very well connected just a 5 minute walk from U Bahn and S Bahn stations, easy to get everywhere including the airport. We mostly walked but the connections were really handy.

Hotel overall is a beautiful space. Lounge was a great space for some work and to unwind. Spa facilities were clean and we loved using the steam room! Easy to come back late at night and great to have water and fruit throughout the day.

Staff were lovely and super helpful. Really appreciated leaving our bags post check out as it made our last of exploring pre flight much easier.

Lots of choice at breakfast and jams were great.

Cons:

I’ve lived in Germany so know the square pillows are typical but they are very uncomfortable to sleep on unfortunately. I left with broken sleep and a sore neck. Two “normal” (rectangular) pillows per sleeper would be better.

I didn’t think the room cleaning was particularly good - it was really just remaking the bed and little else, though I appreciated having a new bottle of water when the room was cleaned.

Toaster at breakfast desperately needs replacing as needs to be held down to work!

However we would stay again as felt that these points did not take away from an overall great stay.

Top Lage! Gute Anreise mit Nahverkehr oder dem Auto möglich. S-Bahn Station 2 Straßen weiter.
Sehr schön eingerichtete Zimmer mit bequemen Bett. Gesamtes Ambiente in Lobby, Frühstücksbereich und Bar sehr angenehm. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Excellent value hotel within easy walking distance of centre. Spacious, quiet high ceiling rooms.
Pros:

We really loved this hotel. Its located centrally, close to 2 metro stations on different lines. We found it incredibly peaceful and spacious, as is the area surrounding it. Our room was large with incredibly high ceilings which added to the sense of space. We often walked to central attractions such as the Jewish Museum and the fantastic Technology Museum as well as to the Brandenburg Gate and Checkpoint Charlie. We spent downtime in the bar sampling the well made cocktails from the friendly bar staff.

Cons:

When we arrived on Monday, tired, the check in queue was a little long, due to another couple taking up the 2nd receptionists time in another line.
