Great location. Clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again.

Outside noise can hear from inside room

Not the best for grab pick ups. Amazing for your nocturnal needs. Very spacious bathroom and views from the insides (get a higher floor). Soundproofing is not the best but relatively decent.

Rooms don’t have a fridge, lighting in the room at night is extremely poor.. you need to have the bathroom light on to see clearly in the room.
They also neglect to mention the large nightclub opposite the hotel that puts a constant “doof doof doof” till 2-3am
Had almost no sleep the 2 nights I was there!!! If you want quiet then don’t stay here!

Rooms are very small and if staying more than a few days would get annoying.
Location is excellent, 3 minutes walk to monorail, surrounded by shopping malls and food street/bar areas was less than 10 minutes walk away.

We like the location however we don't really like the environment as it is too deem... Even the room..

Is my second time to stay this hotel. Nice location just walk distance to pavilion, lot 10, sungei wang, Fahrenheit..

Agood servis relevant with a price

Everything in this hotel is great except it is very noisy. Noise is coming from the next door hotel AC which is the great millennial hotel. this noise is constant and annoying so if you are sensitive to noise you should avoid staying in this hotel because you cannot sleep at all :(

The location was great, walking distance to most malls in Bukit Bintang. However, the room was a little smaller than I'd like, but no major complaints there - it is a boutique hotel after all. Overall, a great stay, and I would stay here again.

Room lights a bit dim and surrounded area a bit strange. You can hear the loud music midnight as the pub just opposite the property.

I like the location. If possible, ask for higher floor to avoid noise at night ...

Cockroaches in the room, shower everywhere

Location is good, 2 mins walk to the major malls and walking street while not in the middle of it. Next to a night club that might be noisy at night on weekends.

Nearby shopping district, traffic noise until early morning

The plus point is that the place is cleaned up the very next day. However, the room is a little too small despite it being one for 2 people. The soundproofing wasn't good too. We were on the sixth (highest) floor and I could hear whoever was walking past the alley the building is situated next to when they talked.

Stayed 3 or 4x times in the past 3-4 yrs, most recent is a 5 nights at end of April 2019. 4 stars IF YOU’RE on a tight budget, with some serious negatives noted below. If you can pay a little more, stay elsewhere.

Good - Clean room, friendly staff, great location, 4 mins walk to Pavilion mall, 3 mins walk from MRT station, and less than 5 mins from the Bukit Bintang monorail station. Nice large bathroom (about 1/3 off the room)!

Bad - The room is fine for one person but too small for two people - two feet space around the bed to move around (where to put large suitcase? They give you two hangers on the wall, no closet space).

Other big negative is that there's a bar or disco nearby that plays very very loud music that you can still hear with ear plugs. Their music turns off about 2AM. Ear plugs help but can’t block the noise. I sleep with ear plugs on every night here. Folks who have sleep or noise issues should avoid this hotel. On my last stay, I asked for a room facing away from the music, and I still could hear it ;/

As of April 2019 (my most recent stay) - management made two BAD decisions.
1 - they NO LONGER provide small hand/face towels, you only get the large bath towel! Seriously, that is just penny pinching!
2 - room have NO phones! You must walk to front desk to deal with issues. This is also a safety risks to guests.

Shampoo & bath gel was not to my expectation
