Not as expected & not like our previous stay at all 😢
Pros:

Paid at hotel for an upgraded room. It was shabby & smelly. Asked for another that was better. We were told we would have our breakfast cost deducted as compensation, that never happened. As they only emailed the receipted invoice, I wasn’t aware that this didn’t happen until I was home

Cons:

Great location but hotel is grubby, obviously well used. Probably chose another hotel next time though.

I won't go back, plenty of other hotels in the area that make you feel more welcome.

Rooftop Bar manger ruined our stay with his childish behavior and unnecessary comment he made to one of our party. The Hotel Duty manger was no help in resolving the issue and they all closed ranks on us and made us feel we were in the wrong. Then they have the audacity to add a massive service charge to our bill for food and drinks in the bar and on each room, knowing that our stay was ruined by this man.

Fantastische lokatie

Lokatie uitstekend.

Cons:

Bij bezoeken van het rooftop terras werd er 2x ingewikkeld gedaan over het buiten zitten. De eerste keer was een groot deel gereserveerd voor prive- events. Naar onze mening moeten er ook rekening gehouden worden met hotelgasten. Daar is de prijs ook naar.
Op een andere avond zou er geen plaats zijn. Met uitgestreken gezicht werd ons dit medegedeeld. Hier geen genoegen mee genomen. Toen bleken meerdere plaatsen vrij.

Cons:

2 out of the 4 nights the roof terrace was closed for a private event. Booked hotel due to roof terrace. No comms on this. Paid nearly £2k for something that was part of the decision making process to not be able to use it

Beautiful and stylish hotel with very friendly staff
Pros:

The hotel is beautiful and stylish; the staff were all very friendly. It is in a great location and is dog-friendly. We had a great few days.

Cons:

The only negative was breakfast. I had a full English, and my partner had an omelette, neither of which was great, the food was lukewarm, most of the full English did not seem freshly cooked, the omelette was overcooked.

Location great, Hotel needs to try harder with cleanliness and some of the staffs attitude.

Bed was to low to floor for me, really didn't sleep well, Rooftop bar was taken over by what looked like underage teenagers. The Staff let them connect to the sound system via Bluetooth and they started playing horrendous music while all signing along at the top of their voices.
