Great staff but room condition could be way better
Pros:

Staff was very friendly

Cons:

I understand the concept of vintage however it did lean more towards outdated, specially the bathroom and also the WiFi connection was terrible

Localisation proche du centre, à pied

Cons:

L’attente au check-in où notre chambre n’était pas prête à l’heure, nous avons du attendre 45min que le ménage soit fait
Nous avions fait une demande pour une box petit déjeuner pour une excursion avec un départ à 5h du matin, ils ont oublié de nous la faire (la responsable s’est excusée pour cet oubli).
Chambre qui n’a pas été fermée à clé après le ménage par les femmes de chambre et oubli de nous mettre des serviettes que nous avons du demandé à 2 reprises

La amabilidad del personal, sobre todo de housekeeping. Se puede llegar caminando a la mayoría de los lugares de interés. Linda piscina.

A very good place in Stone Town!
Pros:

Excellent central location. Very nice and helpful staff. Room with all the amenities you need to have a comfortable stay including a mini-fridge and a kettle.

Cons:

As it is close to the harbor, I recommend that you bring earplugs because it gets really noisy even at night. The room had a mildew smell that was gone after a day (or maybe I got used to it lol). The safe didn’t function properly. And for my room, there were steps everywhere; so, if you have physical challenges, ask if they have rooms without steps in them.
