Lovely atmospheric hotel stay , clean and a beautiful building
Very nice property with a very good chef and staff !
The room is little bit old but it is nice if you want something authentic !
It was fine but rather tired & over-priced.
All very tired & far too expensive. I think it mostly has guests staying as part of package holidays so it doesn't feel much effort is made.
Beautiful hotel with relaxing outdoor courtyards. Good restaurant.
L’espace, le petit déjeuner
Chambre sans charme et très sombre.
Un hôtel qui pourrait être superbe et qui est moyen et plutôt triste
Nice decoration. Very quit location. Rooms are basic but nicely decorated.
We absolutely loved this hotel. It’s beautiful, comfy and made us feel like kings and queens during our stay. We also liked the restaurant very much.
We decided to extend our stay but they made us change rooms, meaning we had to pack everything and we were left waiting for three hours for the change to be done. We never understood why we could not simply stay in the same room, but thanks to this change, we got the chance to see other stunning parts of the hotel we would have missed otherwise.
Fantastic historic Haveli in a not so great neighborhood. But once you enter the gates it's like you get transported to a whole another realm!! Well maintained grounds and a lovely atmosphere. We loved it here!
Everything was great! Even the beds and water pressure in the showers, you do hear the call to prayers on the loud speaker.
Pretty much everything- great location, very attentive staff, good English spoken my most of them. Rooms were grand, well furnished and bathrooms were of a good size. The dining room is stunning and the food was very good and very good value too. Soft beds were excellent.
Photos of the pool are out of date, and the building is more tired than expected. The pool was not heated, so very cold. No indoor bar area.
The bed is very comfortable. All the rest is under expectation considering the price.
Extremely old and mal functioning equipements, no see through windows, bad wifi, access to the room through awful staircases.
Beautiful Property, very very helpful staff and excellent food!
Climbing in and out of the high tubs in the bathrooms is very inconvenient (for older guests), it would be nice if there were shower cubicles as an option.
Beautifully decorated hotel in traditional Indian style. Clean and nicely decorated rooms with really comfy beds and western-style bathroom. Restaurant served both Indian and Western meals. Western-style breakfast included fruit, omelette, toasts, pastries… The hotel staff was super helpful and arranged a taxi to the train station for an early morning train (INR 600). We could pay by card (hotel + meals). Rickshaws to Jaipur centre are easily get on the Main Street by the hotel and cost around INR 200 (one way).
The wifi signal is not the best and we struggled to videocall our family. Additional bed on the triple room was not as comfortable as the other beds.
Bel établissement ancien
Room was clean neat. Options available for breakfast were just OK. Waiters needed to be asked for service at all times.
Staff require more training on all counts. Consumables provided were not in order.
Decor , overall look and feel , the haveli is beautiful
