Hotel Mystica

The grounds and the view are exquisite as well as the staff are excellent, but the cabin bathroom requires repairs, i.e. detached sink and gaps in window seems.

Love the location. Beautiful property with friendly staff. Good was delicious. Secluded and quiet. Arenal area is amazing.

This is a perfect location to turn off, read a great book and wander through the jungle looking for animals. We loved every minute and all the food! Thanks you!

Our flight was delayed and we couldn’t reach them by any means to change our reservation. I was terribly disappointed in the lack of customer service. It’s also a treacherous drive and I feel someone should have checked on us when we didn’t arrive.

Mystica is our favorite place to stay since 2000, is very relaxing, the owners are very nice , the workers very friendly and very professional.
The food very healthy
We strongly recommend Mystica as a destination and place to stay !

Very nice retreat, good stop Om way to monteverde

Mystica is an automatically relaxing spot with great food, great staff and very clean rooms. We will be back soon

Very serene

Barbara was AWESOME and gave us great suggestions for activities during our brief stay. My only suggestion is to offer a better coffee in the morning.

Very quiet place, good for meditation

We were passing through the area staying at the hotel for one night, so sadly we didn’t get to enjoy all it had to offer. The hotel restaurant served wonderful pizza and pasta, the grounds were stunning and the room was comfortable. Thanks for a memorable night!

In spite of the fact that the clouds were low and glimpsing the volcano was limited to a small percentage, the grounds were beautiful with varied plant life laid out well. It was wonderful to begin the day looking out on so much beauty. Every breath was filled with peace and beauty

Its absolutely mystical property. The staff were exceptional. So friendnly and caring. The daily breakfast was one of the best i have had. The natural pool was a daily stop for me and my kids. We sat on the outside chairs and enjoyed the amazing breeze and lake arenal views. On a clear night we would watch stars. It was soo relaxing.

Beautiful property. Gorgeous view of Arenal Lake. Dinner was so yummy. Highly recommend. Really wonderful retreat.

A unique and lovely property. The staff was attentive. The menu and wine list needs more diversity. Cindy in Spa was over the top.

Staff was great. Grounds were beautiful, room was clean. Only problem we had was that the internet in our building was not working. I complained about it to 2 people the afternoon we arrived and one more the next morning for breakfast. To our knowledge, nothing was ever done since it never worked in our building and no one ever checked if it was working or if we had any issues. We were there three nights!!

Wonderful place, magic place.

Le personnel est attentionné. Chaque soir il font un petit feu dans le salon.
De bon vin Italien.
Le domaine est propice pour le détente.
Petit inconvénient nous avions l’habitation dans la jungle et celle-ci se trouve prêt des éloniennes. Le mouvement rotatif de celles-ci peut être dérangeant.

A very last minute stay bought us here and what a find. Great rooms ad views, really relaxed with excellent food and lovely staff.
