WAS'NT A GOOD STAY , HOTEL ROOMS ARE WORN OUT AND SHABBILY FURNISHED . UN PROFESSIONAL STAFF IN POSSIBLY ALL AREAS OF SERVICE. EXCEPT THAT THE PROPERTY IS IN THE MIDDLE OF CITY CENTER AND GOOD CONNECTIVITY THERE'S NOTHING MUCH ONE FEELS GOOD ABOUT ..

Sur la carte, hotel situé près de la rivière dans un lieu aéré et près des centres d'intérêt touristiques, en réalité à plus de 2 km de l'endroit indiqué, encastré dans un urbanisme dense.
Hôtel sans espaces, sans jardins... Premier problème 20 minutes pour le trouver car inconnu de notre taxi.
Chambre avec vue pourrie sur une ruine et des ordures.
Le chauffeur de la navette d'aéroport annoncée était en vacances, pas de second chauffeur et nous avons dû payer un taxi pour nous y rendre. Aucun geste commercial.
Petit déjeuner style cantine, service lent.
Nous voyageons 2 à 3 mois par an, beaucoup en Inde, et pour ces prestations on a toujours payé autour de 30€... Là 86€!!! On s'attendait à tellement mieux !!!

Nice little hotel close to the hajratganj market and M G road.

The rooms are on he smaller side and the layout of the bathroom was a bit weird. I was staying for just one say so this did not bother me.

The breakfast was decent but nothing to write home about.
The biggest positive of this place is its location. Close to eateries like mughlai dastarkhwan and royal chaat cafe and not too far from toondey in aminabad either.

Chickan shopping is close by too and food and chikan are the two main attractions in lucknow.

Their service was good on balance.

It is really not good.

Levana is a good choice as it is situated in main Hazratganj market which is main market in Lucknow. You get lot of options for eating and dining and good connectivity to airport, rail station and bus stand apart from local cabs. However, it seems to be a bit pricey for considering that Lucknow is a tier 2 city and

I placed my India rupiahs into a white envelope and left on the bed as I rushing to check out. I went back to the room to look for it. It wasn't there and the staff in the rooms were helpful and even help me to lift the bed to see if I have drop in underneath. Later another staff came in and passed me the envelope. He was looking for me to give me the cash. They have been most helpful.

Nice friendly staff but even the club room was small and without any windows.

Excellent location close to shopping

The room is generate tidy although the carpet is extremely not clean and hot water is only available for a free hours. there is no heating in the room. A/C is only for cooling. So it can be cold in the winter. As we visited in Jan and the outside temperature was 10C, the room was cold. I think the Hotel is relatively good given the city's condition itself.

Very noisy hotel. Walls paper thin and sound cardies through. Otherwise a good hotel. Worth it at the end of the day.

Bathroom light out of order,poor cleanliness, room service bad.

Stayed in this hotel for one day. Room was comfortable and clean. Service was prompt and courteous. Location is very good and is at the heart of city posh area. But, the front entry road of hotel is congested with hardly any place to park any vehicle. That is only and big minus for this hotel.

Centrally Located in the heart of town, everything is near by, shopping, restaurant etc.

Hotel staff is courteous

Breakfast is good and every day offers different varieties

Very comfortable for shopping in Hazratganj area and easy accessibility for railway station and Secertariat

For smallest thing staff replies in Negative.in restaurant asked for chilled water answer NO

The worst hotel we've ever stayed at. Terrible service at the front desk and with some of the wait staff, who harassed our team members by calling them at all hours of the night to ask if they could visit with them. Really appalling behavior from a Best Western hotel. I will actively tell people not to go here.

Overall a nice experience

It was good , this is my 5th time there in a span of 1 year and the drainage system is very slow and all of the times that I have been there , I have requested them but it looks like they have fallen on deaf ears .
