La limpieza
El agua de la piscina estaba fría. El colchón duro. La tv es vieja no se puede ver Netflix ni nada. La calefacción pésima. La cochera no se puede usar por la feria. Tuvimos que alquilar estacionamiento en otro lado. La atención del personal mala. Contestan de mala manera. Ni hablan. Me cobraron la estadía completa y encima me preautorizaron un importe y no me devolvieron. Decepcionada

4 estrellas sobrevalorado, ambiente muy denso , pileta súper pequeña. Falta invertir en las instalaciones. No siento que lo vale

La habitación, espectacular. Amplia, limpia, con una muy ideal distribución de la zona de aseo.
El desayuno, muy completo, aunque se peca de mucho dulce, y hay menos de otras opciones.
Sin embargo, hemos podido disfrutar de los mejores huevos revueltos en 14 días, pues estaban muy jugositos/poco hechos, y quién quiere más cuajados los calienta en el microondas que hay.
A mí no me gusta el café, pero mi acompañante, siendo el último café de nuestras vacaciones lo valoró como el peor en 14 días.
Yo pondré un pero al yogurt, eché en falta el natural, y sin azúcar claro, ya si eso cada cual se lo endulza a su gusto.

I booked 2 rooms for 2 nights. The hotel sent me a welcome message a week before on Booking.com. When my flight was changed, I responded to the message saying we were coming one day later. We did not hear back. When we checked in we paid for 2 nights. After one night they said we had to pay for an extra night. We were really disappointed in their response.

A good hotel for tourists located close to Plaza Mayor with plenty of eating places nearby. We had a very large room on 8th floor, it has a separate bath, shower and toilet area with toiletries provided, the room was very clean although a little dated. There was a fridge and kettle ( the shop next door sells large bottles of water for a fraction of price - $5 charges for a small bottle). Was able to make tea and keep milk in the fridge during our 2 night stay.
Felt secure with doorman on duty at main entrance. Breakfast was comprehensive offering usual Chilean items.
We found all the staff friendly and welcoming during our stay. We didn't visit gym or pool as busy out sightseeing.
La ubicación es perfecta para el que quiere disfrutar y pasear en San Telmo, plaza de Mayo (y alrededores) y recorrer puerto Madero, todo cerca y accesible caminando. Aparte de ser zona segura para andar aún en altas horas.
Es un punto que lo menciono porque me desilusionó después de haber estado 4 noches. Salimos y ya estando muy lejos (más de 70 km de capital) nos dimos cuentas q nos olvidamos una billetera con documentos y tarjetas y si bien llamamos y nos confirmaron q estaba todo no hubo predisposición para enviarlo a destino (explicando que no era algo para dejar hasta la próxima visita como lo ofrecieron por tel) al no tener respuesta favorable tuvimos que volver a buscarlo y manejar 170 km demás, aparte de los 300 km que aun faltaban para el destino. Algo que con un cadete y una oficina de cualquier correo privado lo hubiera solucionado.

Solo una cosa no me gustó,no es un hotel económico y al salir nos preguntaron si nos habíamos tomado el agua mineral no me párese de buen gusto cuánto sale un agua?
Me gustó la ubicación y el diseño y tamaño de las habitaciones.
Desayuno muy cargado al dulce, personal de recepción poco cercano ( no todos), y el servicio de mucama estaba mal coordinado, lo que redundo en qué un par de veces no hicieron la habitacion.
