La ubicación es perfecta para el que quiere disfrutar y pasear en San Telmo, plaza de Mayo (y alrededores) y recorrer puerto Madero, todo cerca y accesible caminando. Aparte de ser zona segura para andar aún en altas horas.
Es un punto que lo menciono porque me desilusionó después de haber estado 4 noches. Salimos y ya estando muy lejos (más de 70 km de capital) nos dimos cuentas q nos olvidamos una billetera con documentos y tarjetas y si bien llamamos y nos confirmaron q estaba todo no hubo predisposición para enviarlo a destino (explicando que no era algo para dejar hasta la próxima visita como lo ofrecieron por tel) al no tener respuesta favorable tuvimos que volver a buscarlo y manejar 170 km demás, aparte de los 300 km que aun faltaban para el destino. Algo que con un cadete y una oficina de cualquier correo privado lo hubiera solucionado.

Solo una cosa no me gustó,no es un hotel económico y al salir nos preguntaron si nos habíamos tomado el agua mineral no me párese de buen gusto cuánto sale un agua?
Me gustó la ubicación y el diseño y tamaño de las habitaciones.
Desayuno muy cargado al dulce, personal de recepción poco cercano ( no todos), y el servicio de mucama estaba mal coordinado, lo que redundo en qué un par de veces no hicieron la habitacion.
Unfortunately, the rooms were dark, low lighting and dingy which did detract from our visit. The staff were super helpful, leanding good assistance to some issues with outside tours that were going wrong.
It is located in the old part of the city with a busy and large street market right on your doorstep.
Stayed here as part of an organised tour so had no choice in where we stayed. The hotel is a little dated and tired but the rooms are a good size and are very comfortable. However there is no water provided except a small bottle that they charge $5 for and no tea or creamer for the coffee if you are brave enough to try to use the dangerous looking kettle. The towels were quite old, rough textured and fraying on the edges. The breakfast was passable but not brilliant. The advertised cafe/bar was non existent and there was nowhere in the hotel to get food or drinks post breakfast. Thankfully the hotels good location meant that any provisions needed were close by as were many of the city's sights. The gym, swimming pool, sauna, hot tub and spa were all either below par or entirely missing. You could only use after 2pm and there was a charge to use the pool which is really no bigger than your average hot tub. The hot tub was empty, the sauna not working and the spa didn't appear to exist. The gym was no bigger than a closet and most of the equipment appeared to be out of order. The hotel website also advertises currency exchange which it also doesn't do. The friendly staff and location are positive but that's all.
la atencion del personal excelente, limpieza excelente, el tamaño de la habitacion excelente, muy bien el baño son todos box separados,
el colchon muy duro y con los resortes desgastados y la almohada muy dura y alta, seria hora que piensen en reemplazarlos
Hotel muito bem localizado, limpo, confortável, café da manhã justo, funcionários competentes… Super voltaria a me hospedar… Indico☺️
La habitación
En la pileta hay olor raro, el agua de la ducha tiene mucho cloro, pensaba que sería mas top al ser 4 estrellas.
Excelente ubicación, a corta distancia caminando de Plaza de Mayo. La feria de San Telmo en la puerta, si estas allí un domingo
El aire acondicionado viejo, y sin posibilidad de regular la temperatura. El desayuno un poco caro para lo que ofrecía.
Localização
De duas reservas, tive que fazer um cancelamento de uma delas (antecipado, mas sabendo que não seria totalmente reembolsável) e além de não reconsiderarem ou oferecerem um desconto, me cobraram taxa de Noshow de 21% (absurdo). Café da manhã poderia ser melhor servido em frutas e pães.

It may have been a Palace at one time, I don’t know but it certainly isn’t a palace any more. It is well located, close to the Plaza de Mayor etc but that is its only grace. It is an old dated hotel that needs significant upgrade. The standard room is quite small and there is no seating area or a chair, apart from a single chair, so you must lie on the bed. You cannot open 2 medium size suitcases. Fittings in the bathroom don’t work and the dreaded “shower in bath” meant the floor got flooded after every shower. The shower tap was faulty and it didn’t work. Breakfast is lousy with very few pickings and unhelpful staff. The receptionist was helpful though. One Sunday there was an arts market in the street so it was quite noisy and difficult to get around. It is a 2-3 star hotel.
