Le personnel et la propreté

Cons:

Rien est inclus avec l'hôtel il faut tout payer à côté, piscine a vagues pour les enfants 35 euros !!!! Piscine lagon only adulte ne fait pas partie de l'hôtel non plus, transat pour la plage...
Une seule piscine pour tout ce monde est en plus fermée à 19h en Espagne en plein mois d'août c'est inadmissible

Expensive for what you’re getting.
Pros:

Rooms are spacious
Bar downstairs

Cons:

Staff was very noisy in the morning cleaning the rooms at 6 am.
No sparkling water at breakfast, bacon was not fresh
Facilities worn out, elevators that don’t work
Bed and pillows not very comfortable, bad quality linen
Dirty souvenir shops at the ground level, badly maintained surroundings
Not enough parking, no drop off parking
Dirty floors all around the building

Top place to stay
Pros:

I loved the first impression, the welcoming by the staff. Really friendly, managed the early checking as well. The location of the hotel is very frequent, easy to reach everything from it. You can go to the beach which is 50m away from the back door. It was right at the party zone but from the hotel room we heard nothing, which was really surprising.

Cons:

I did not like the fact we could not spend there enough time, but it is our fault not the hotel's fault. Maybe a welcome drink would be nice, but withouth it was still perfect place to stay!

Pros:

Funcionários extremamente gentis.

Cons:

Café da manhã extremamente repetitivo, sem muita qualidade. Os legumes e frutas expostas no dia anterior, era colocada novamente sem ao menos conferir se não tinha estava estragado.

La habitación estaba bien, limpia, la ubicación a pie de una playa genial llena de pececitos que parece que nadaras en un acuario

Cons:

A pesar de tener las ventanas insonorizada se escuchaba la música de la calle.
La cama del tercer ocupante era bastante incomoda, nada que ver con las otras dos.

Отдыхали с ребёнком 12 лет. Сын был доволен отдельной комнатой)) номер удобный,вид с балкона потрясающий, прекрасный пляж рядом. Уборка на 4. Минибар бесплатный,но нам об этом не сказали😆
Вообщем все прекрасно,мы бы еще раз вернулись😊

Шумно из-за баров,но нам это не мешало.
