Overall, a wonderful stay with excellent service.
Pros:

We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the overall service was excellent. The hotel was clean, well maintained, and offered a lovely atmosphere. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend it to others.

The breakfast options could have been more varied.

Staff co-ordination and communication amongst themselves can be better, we were given different times for late check-out, so best to double check.

Pros:

The staff at this particular property are wonderful and warm—big shout-out to Suhail and Amit from reception. The doormen were very proactive and took their job seriously. Housekeeping and in-room dining are so prompt and efficient. Please convey my sincere thanks to the team.

Tout. Le.personnel était très agréable et a trouvé des solutions quand nous en avions besoin. La chambre était propre. Le petit déjeuner était délicieux et varié (pancake, omelette, dosa préparé sur demande). Je ne regrette pas d'avoir choisi cet hôtel
