Wonderful staff and super clean property!
Pros:

Location was tucked away but perfect and quiet! Property was wonderfully clean inside and outside! Iisha welcomed us and really set a tone of kindness and care! Beds are super comfortable and bathroom is a great size!

Cons:

Elevator has this little jump before opening but nothing out of the ordinary. Queen beds are actually ‘Full’ but it’s technically the same thing. Shower pressure wasn’t entirely the best but not anything to worry about.

Won’t be staying there again.
Pros:

The beds were comfortable. The manger was nice.

Cons:

The indoor pool was shut down that entire weekend and that is one of the main reasons why I booked. We had to switch rooms because the first one had a heavy underarm odor. The second room was a bit better, but not fully. The TV wasn’t hooked to the internet because of some hotel-wide outage, but the TV in the lobby was streaming….so we couldn’t stream all weekend; the manager gave us $25 off of the first night for the inconvenience…the breakfast was terrible. Spoiled milk was sitting next to the coffee. The eggs were slimy and there was a coffee or chocolate stain on the countertop (couldn’t tell which one) near the back exit door that was there all weekend (all it needed was to be wiped up). Our room that we checked into only had 2 towels (in a room with two queen beds that sleeps 4 people). I used to be in the hotel business and I know you provide at least 4 towels for two beds. Anyway, I could go on, but these were the biggest let downs.

I would stay there again. The room was great and spacious. Staff was great.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Your hot options were oatmeal (yuck), scrambled beyond eggs and sausage, no bacon on either day. At least one day it was real pork instead of fake turkey sausage. There was yogurt, I think fruit and there was juices. I don't drink coffee or tea so I'm not sure any was offered. Breakfast room was roomy, many tables and very clean.

Cons:

There are horrible non existent directions to the hotel other than the address. It seems to sit behind an industrial park but on your way to the woods. No good lighting and it could do with some small signage with arrows at least pointing you to the way to the hotel. Impossible to find in the dark which is when I was trying to get there. I drove around for at least 20 minutes to get here.
