Glad it was for one night!
Pros:

Room was on the 3rd floor. The checkout clerk was very nice and helpful.

Cons:

Dirty microwave, torn shade, smelly room and dirty shower head. Didn’t appreciate housekeeping knocking on the at 9am saying checkout, checkout. I told her checkout is at 12 noon.

Very comfortable, personnel were all wonderful!
Pros:

Breakfast very tasteless. The ladies were wonderful & kept everything clean & well- stocked. The food was very bland

Taste/ quality of food - very blah. The pool was not open much

It was adequate for a one night stay.
Pros:

The air conditioning in the room was not working well and it was very humid and uncomfortable.

Overall, the stay was comfortable. Hopefully it’s better than the next time.
Pros:

I always choose this property because it’s close to everything mall grocery shopping. There’s a Walmart lot of restaurant choices. A location I always choose when I come to Philadelphia.

Cons:

This time around we came when they were having a system change so we couldn’t check in early than usual, we were going to the J. Cole concert so we didn’t have much time to relax after our ride. We arrived a little after two we couldn’t check in until three. During our stay our Wi-Fi kept on disconnecting so it was hard to watch TV or use Netflix. My boyfriend brought his PS5 and it was hard to connect. The Maintainance team did managed to get our Wi-Fi back and running, but because of the slow server, they moved us to a new room free of charge.

I wish I would have chosen somewhere else.
Pros:

Nice location and wonderful staff

Cons:

The room was filthy. Human fluid stains on couch and extremely loud ac we couldn’t even turn on because it was so loud. It sounded broken

Nice hotel!
Pros:

Very nice hotel! Modern, clean and smells nice from the moment you enter the lobby. Only complaint was cleanliness at breakfast. Tables and countertops weren’t wiped down. Utensils and food were all over the floor. Yikes! Just didn’t match the hotel’s vibe. The breakfast staff did maintain the trash bins.

This is certainly a good place to stay, and is in a very convenient localized area.
Pros:

The breakfast was great. The eggs were moist and tasty. My only issue is that the hot water was never hot enough for a cup of tea. I do like my water boiling.

Cons:

The pool was not open on Sundays. Because we were there the hottest days of 2026, it would have been nice to have a pool on Sunday.
