Great location nice and close to multiple train stations, one with a direct line to Haneda Airport which was super convenient. Free coffee any time and free apple/orange juice in the afternoons. Room was not super tiny as I expected; there was enough space for two large suitcases. Scale near front desk to weigh luggage before leaving which was great. Very close to family mart and 7/11 and a great bakery near the station entrance definitely check it out! There’s also a restaurant attached to the hotel which was nice and friendly staff.
Staff were not very friendly. Only two staff said good morning to us when leaving the hotel over the weekend we stayed there. The staff who checked us in spoke very fast, didn’t smile once, and just went back to looking at her computer after speaking, we didn’t know she was finished so we were still waiting there. Staff gave the impression they didn’t want to be there which wasn’t great.

Posizione eccellente, in una zona ben servita e a due passi dalla linea metro Ginza.
La hall è spaziosa e accogliente, ottima possibilità di avere bevande e caffè sempre.
Letto e cuscini imbarazzanti, la cosa più scomoda che abbia mai provato, non è pensabile che un hotel abbia queste dotazioni.
Moquette nei corridoi con odore da rivedere.
Location, good and clean beds
The room we had was very badly conceived, with for example a motion-detector activated light in the bathroom which didn’t register movements in the shower, turning the lights off while showering but registered the movements from the beds or people walking upstairs and turning on the bright bathroom lights multiple times per night, the shower is shared a glass wall with the wardrobe and no real way to cut off that light to light up the room at night. That shared wall also meant water seeps under the wardrobe rand we can see rot. The room globally is clean enough to feel okay, but not real deep cleaning has happened in a while and mold, toothpaste streaks, stains on walls and on the bathroom floor are clearly visible
Excelente estadia em Tóquio!
Gostei bastante deste hotel. A localização é ótima, facilitando muito os passeios e deslocamentos pela cidade. O quarto era limpo, confortável e bem cuidado.
O banheiro é um pouco pequeno, e o box do chuveiro é bastante apertado, mas isso não chegou a atrapalhar minha experiência. Pelo contrário, o chuveiro instalado no teto foi um grande diferencial para mim, tornando muito mais fácil e agradável lavar o cabelo.
Outro ponto positivo é que o hotel oferece café expresso gratuito durante todo o dia, além de sucos disponíveis para os hóspedes, o que achei excelente.
No geral, considero que valeu muito a pena me hospedar aqui. Foi uma ótima experiência e eu certamente voltaria a me hospedar neste hotel em uma próxima viagem a Tóquio. Recomendo!
