Fiquei 3 noites, 2 nas minhas condições seria suficiente.
Pros:

Excelente localização, muito próxima ao aeroporto, com locadora de carros ao lado, o que facilita bastante a viagem. O hotel também fica perto da Kokusai Dori e do museu cultural de Okinawa, tornando os passeios muito práticos.

Outro ponto muito positivo é o prédio vizinho, que funciona como um tipo de parque/espaço familiar para crianças, ótimo para relaxar e passear em família. No térreo ainda há uma loja da Subway, muito conveniente para refeições rápidas.

A pequena praia em frente ao hotel deixa a experiência ainda mais agradável, principalmente no fim da tarde. O ambiente é tranquilo, confortável e muito recomendado para famílias e para quem deseja praticidade durante a estadia em Okinawa.

Cons:

Só achei o quarto muito pequeno pra uma família de três com uma criança de 5 anos, apenas uma cama de casal.

私にとっては落ち着けた旅でした。
Pros:

やはり．中心部より不便でもロケーションが良くおちついている。海が近く、安くてゆっくり休んむ事ができました。

Cons:

朝食にお得意感が無かった。地理的に孤立しているので、もう少し工夫しても良いのではとおもいました。利用者も滞在している割合には少ない様に思いました。

Great stay, location was most important to us and we got what we wanted
Pros:

It was perfectly located where we wanted to be, right next to the beach.

Cons:

Unfortunately, the beach is not up to the standards we are used to, it was under an overpass and was not very nice. I was surprised they did not offer instant coffee in the room and made us purchase it from their small store downstairs. I know it’s Asia but the rest of the hotels we stayed at for the last month offered the coffee

I booked a smoking room by mistake and there was nothing else available. I'm not a smoker so it was a bit rough night sleep, even with the door open.

Ok you get what you pay for,
Pros:

There was not much to like about this place which it is showing its age. Breakfast was ok typical Japanese.

Cons:

The staff [front desk] were not very helpful. The shower is a danger to guests with such high step bath which is pre fab construction and dangerous to step in and out and very small. A plus size person will have difficulties getting in and out of the shower let alone an older person. Brewed coffee can be better. Lack of power points in the bedroom for all the appliances and gadgets that we have can cause you problems.
