Pros:

Friendly staff who assisted with the after hours check in process

Cons:

The lift only goes to the 2nd floor and the room was on the 3rd so we had to carry suitcases up flights of stairs

Very pleasant two night stay for Hobbiton wedding.
Pros:

Stayed here for a friend's wedding at Hobbiton. Hired a rental car and drove to hotel, was able to park out the front on the street to unload my luggage and the receptionist offered to park my car in the hotel parking for me which was greatly appreciated as the parking was quite tight! Was easy to get the car out for the day to drive up to the wedding. Hotel was within walking distance of restaurants and shopping center.

Cons:

There was some washing powder and residue that hadn't been wiped up on the washing machine/dryer in the bathroom but this was such a minor thing as I was only there for two nights and it didn't really impact my stay overall.

Good but don't feel it met the Quest expectations.
Pros:

Bed was a true king.

Cons:

Didn't like the shower and the llift was very small. The shape of the room made it feel smaller.

shame about the parking.
Pros:

good spacious apartments

Cons:

Parking was poor, desk staff stated that if the car was on racks then no access after 7pm and there was a charge. Had to park on the road outside and be there at 08.00 to top up. Very mix leading on booking .com
