Pros:

L’hotel è pulito con camere spaziose e moderne. La spa è semplice ma funzionale e c’è anche un bel bar in giardino.

Séjour parfait à deux pas de Bâle dans un endroit charmant et très calme.
Pros:

Tout était à notre convenance. Les chambres étaient spacieuses avec un balcon et une belle salle de bains. L'environnement entouré de nature et très calme. Le repas du soir très goûteux ainsi que le déjeûner sous forme de buffet copieux.

Cons:

Rien. C'était très bien.

Sehr gerne wieder
Pros:

Die Rezeption und das gesamte Personal waren extrem sehr freundlich. Aussergewöhnlich nett. Das Essen im Restaurant war SPITZE. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder. Ausserdem ist das JENNY nur 12KM vom Euroairport Basel entfernt. Da meine Tochter aus München angeflogen kam war das für uns SEHR wichtig.

Cons:

es gibt NICHTS zu meckern.

Es war ein super entspanntes Wochenende. Es gab gute Getränke und Essen. Ich konnte die Auszeit mit meinem Hund sehr genießen, ohne das er ständig alleine auf dem Zimmer bleiben musste - zumindest im Sommer war das möglich.

Es war alles sehr sauber und immer frisch!

Cons:

Der Jacuzzi war leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Hat aber im großen und ganzen funktioniert.

Bei der Sauna wäre ein Aufguss schön gewesen.

Nettes Hotel, etwas chaotische Administration

Sehr schönes Haus und Garten.

Cons:

Ich habe im Vorfeld des Aufenthaltes ein Tisch reserviert, welcher mir bestätigt wurde. 2 Stunden vor dem check in wurde ich dann angerufen und informiert, dass das Restaurant am Montag geschlossen sei. Als ich dies beim check in erwähnte, gab es keine Entschuldigung es hiess lediglich, sie müssen das überprüfen. Gehört habe ich danach nichts mehr.
Beim check out mussten wir noch das Frühstück bezahlen, das haben sie dann auch beim 2. Zimmer vergessen einzukassieren und ich wurde danach erneut kontaktiert, dass mir das nachbelastet wird.
Einfach etwas chaotisch in der Adnimistration. Ich mag es ebenfalls wenn mir beim check in gesagt wird, dass ich doch bitte direkt buchen soll und nicht über booking.
Das ist alles nicht schlimm, aber auch nicht sehr professionell und unangenehm für mich als Gast.

Mooi hotel met kleine wellness. Leuke tuin met mogelijkheid een drankje te bestellen in de tuin.
Ruime kamers. Vriendelijk en behulpzaam personeel.Goed verzorgd ontbijt.

Cons:

Spijtig dat je niet in het hotel kon blijven eten. In een leuk en lekker italiaans restaurant in een naburig dorp gaan eten. Het hotel biedt een lijst aan met naburige restaurants.
