Choosing another hotel is very tough for me especially if I tried booking at Enzo Hotel late. Fab!
Pros:

The internet is very fast; hence, work was done easily. One of the employees called Mohamed was particularly very helpful and friendly. Once he noticed I had made a mistake with my booking time, he asked to calm down and think of alternative solutions instead rather than waste some more time. He often would offer me water when I come in very tired. I love it when customer service is proactive. Another employee whose name I can't remember also helped with my TV that wasn't showing because the previous room occupant had tampered with the setting.

Cons:

There isn't really anything I don't like.
