Cons:

Alles top - nur die Dame an der Rezeption behauptet, dass man ein eamil bekommt für die Tischreservierung im Restaurant , was leider nicht stimmt und wenn man eine große Gruppe ist, wird es dann mühsam. Da hätte es schon etrwas mehr Felxibilität gebraucht

kedves személyzet, fantasztikus kilátás
Pros:

Imádtuk az egész hangulatot. Végtelenül kedvesek voltak a személyzet tagjai, a reggeliztető fiatal hölgy már kérdés nélkül hozta a cappucsinónkat és mindig mosolygós volt. A recepción nagyon bőséges tájékoztatást kaptunk, mindenre kiterjedve. Egy alkalommal vacsoráztunk az étteremben és ott is nagyon kedves volt a felszolgáló.
A szoba tágas, stílusos, a kilátás valami hihetetlen, a reggeli isteni finom, az ágy kényelmes, minden oylan simán és könnyen ment. Életünk egyik legjobb nyaralása volt és ehhez nagyban hozzájárult a hotelélmény is, és a személyzet hozzáállása.

Cons:

Meleg volt éjjel és nem volt klíma, se nyitható ablak. Az erkélyajtót nyitottuk ki időnként, de nem sokáig, nehogy szunyogok vagy legyek jöjjenek be.

Super Lage, sehr schöne Zimmer, sauber, sehr freundliches Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück

Alles super! Das einzige, was verbessert werden könnte, wäre ein abgeschlossener Gepäckraum.

Erwartungen übertroffen
Pros:

Sehr schöne Zimmer und Badezimmer. Es sieht sehr originell aus. Trotz der schönen Zimmer hätte es für mehrere Tage etwas wenig Fläche um die Kleider zu verstauen.
Ebenfalls das Restaurant ist originell und das Essen gut.

Cons:

Das Hotel sieht von aussen sehr unspektakulär und gewöhnlich aus. Uns fehlten auf den ersten Blick die Blumen auf den Balkonen. Später sahen wir, dass die Balkongeländer so konstruiert sind, dass keine Blumen platziert werden können. Wahrscheinlich hat es im Winter Schnee auf den spez. Balkonabdeckungen so dass das Hotel von aussen Aussieht wie in einem Wintermärchen.

Die Lage ist super, direkt neben der Weisshornbahn. Das Personal ist äußerst nett und zuvorkommend, die Zimmer sind geräumig. Das Frühstück war gut, die Auswahl der Speisen war okay.

Cons:

Das Abendessen war stets lecker, aber viel zu teuer. Eine Pouletbrust kostet Fr. 28, ohne Beilage. Die kommt noch dazu. Wir bestellten als Beilage einen gemischten Salat und gingen hungrig zu Bett, die Mahlzeiten war schlicht zu klein, dafür um Fr. 100 erleichtert, für eine zu kleine Portion Fitnessteller.
