Pros:

Edificio con mucho encanto. Vistas al lago desde la terraza. Muy tranquilo Desayuno en el exterior muy agradable.

Pros:

The location of the hotel is very nice, easy access for a nice walk or dinner spots.

Cons:

1. You cannot access the property by car without the special access, it would have been nice for the hotel to send the directions in advance, so that we did not have to call the property and try to figure out by the broken english instructions of how to access the location. I believe it would be possible ti send instructions in advance.
2. The info indicates valet services, that was not available and we needed to park the car ourselves and walk 10+ minutes.
3. The info indicates the pool, that is also not in the hotel facility but somewhere with 10-15 min walk.
4. It is a beautiful old building and your balcony is covered by the fake artificial grass with the cheapest plastic lounge chairs that have not see the mop in the full year and it is so dirty that you do not even want to sit there.

Pros:

Le personnel est très accueillant, l'hôtel a beaucoup de charme et est situé idéalement. Le petit déjeuner pris sur la terrasse avec quasiment les pieds dans l'eau et une vue à couper le souffle. Literie très correcte et chambre familiale spacieuse. Un super séjour avec deux enfants de moins de 10ans. Clairement une adresse que nous allons retenir.

Cons:

Il est mentionné une piscine dans l'hôtel, cette dernière est à 8' à pieds de l'hôtel dans une dépendance. Du coup, autant aller à la plage publique.

Superschöner Aufenthalt - wir kommen gerne wieder!
Pros:

Die Aussicht von unserem Zimmer (Nr. 202) war genial. Die Lage war perfekt, auch ins Lido konnte man gut zu Fuss laufen (oder ein Publibike ausleihen).

Cons:

Ein wenig mehr Privatsphäre auf dem Balkon, zum Zimmernachbarn, wäre schön gewesen. (Auch weil nebean soviel geraucht wurde.)

Es war wie immer perfekt.Die Lage ist super. Das Zimmer mit Blick auf den See hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Wir werden wieder kommen.

Gemütlich, liebevoll und sehr interessant
Pros:

Die Lage, das Hotel wunder schön aus dem 18.Jahrhundert viel Kunst hat sich angesammelt. Wie ein Museum. Verschiede Durchgänge, überall etwas neues und mit geschichte. Sehr sehr liebe Mitarbeiter alle. Erste nacht schlafe ich normalerweise schlecht in einem hotel und dann noch einzelbett obwohl ich gerne doppelbett habe, aber ich habe so gut geschlafen wie noch nie und das trotz einzelbett und der ersten Nacht.! War begeistert! Atemberaubende terasse mit dusche, dach liegebetten, tisch, Ausblick über ganz Ascona. Ich wollte nicht mehr gehen.

Alles perfekt!
Pros:

Tolle Unterkunft direkt an der Promenade, sehr schöne Zimmer mit neuem Badezimmer und Blick auf den See! Der Herr an der Rezeption bekommt ebenfalls eine 10/10. Perfekter Aufenthalt!

Ein schönes entspanntes Wochenende in einem privat geführten Hotel direkt an der Seepromenade
Pros:

Sehr schöne Lage direkt an der Promenade
Sehr feines und ausgiebiges Frühstück
Persönlich geführt und bei der Verabschiedung mit Händedruck vom Besitzer. Man fühlt sich wie daheim

Cons:

Zimmer war trotz Ventlator sehr warm - aber mit der aktuellen Hitzewelle halt nich anders möglich

Leider nicht sehr befriedigend.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist an einer super Lage.

Cons:

Leider wirbt das Hotel mit einem Pool. Der Pool ist aber 10 Fussminuten in einem anderen Hotel. Für uns geht das gsr nixht, es stand niegends das der Pool nicht gleich da sei. Ich laufe doch nicht im Bikini duech Ascona.

Leider hatte dad Zimmer keine Klimaanlage.
