Pros:

The location and the view are exceptional. The room was spacious and the bathroom was all renovated and spotlessly clean. Staff were really helpful and friendly, went gladly to provide me with a kettle and additional blanket.

Cons:

I visited in early May, the night temperature was close to 10 degrees and the room was too cold, I did not sleep well even with the additional blanket. The bed is wide for a single bed, which is nice, however the mattress is very old and uncomfortable. Staff left my window open on one of the days even though I left it closed as I knew I will return late in the evening, so the room was freezing...the final night the hot water in the shower was a bit lukewarm, though the rest of the time it was hot enough. Please look after the hotel, relying on the view and location is not enough.

Magical hotel
Pros:

Magical hotel. Great is the check out until 12. Everything was great. Parking is possible near the hotel, a few minutes walk.

Empfehlenswerte Alternative zu den hochpreisigen 5-Sterne-Hotels in gleicher Lage.
Pros:

Charmantes, gepflegtes Ambiente aus den 70er/80ern, herrliche Lage an der Promenade, wenn auch nicht in allen Zimmern Seeblick, aber kleine Terrasse. Das Atrium des Hauses als Frühstücksraum bekommt einen Sonderbonus
