Perfekte Lage und sehr freundliche Mitarbeitende
Pros:

Das Hotel liegt perfekt an der Promenade von Ascona. Man tritt aus dem Hotel und ist mitten im Lebens des Zentrums. Die Mitarbeitenden sind aussergewöhnlich freundlich und hilfsbereit. Ich habe mich gleich schon bei der Begrüssung wohl gefühlt. Die neuen Badezimmer und Duschen sind sehr gelungen. Mein Einzelzimmer zur Gasse hin war sehr ruhig. Ich werde sicher wieder kommen.

Cons:

Leider hat es keine richtige Nachtvorhänge zum Abdunkeln. Ansonsten alles wunderbar.

Pros:

Super Lage mit einem sehr schönen Ausblick auf den See. Das Personal ist mehrsprachig und sehr zuvorkommend. Allgemein finde ich es ein schönes Hotel.

Cons:

Es könnte ein bisschen modernisiert werden. Das Bad wie auch die Bettwäsche mahnt ein bisschen an 80er Jahre. Aber allgmein ein schönes Hotel.

Der Herr an der Rezeption ist sehr freundlich und stets bereit zu helfen.

Was das Frühstück betrifft, mussten wir dieses zusätzlich bezahlen. Ehrlich gesagt hatten wir nicht besonders viel Auswahl. Zum Beispiel gab es überhaupt kein Gemüse, ebenso wenig Hähnchen- oder Rindfleischaufschnitt.

Für zwei Eier, Brot und etwas Käse mussten wir für zwei Personen zusätzlich 53 CHF bezahlen, was ich persönlich nicht angemessen finde. Bitte verstehen Sie mich nicht falsch – der Preis an sich ist nicht das Problem. Allerdings sollte bei diesem Preis zumindest eine größere Auswahl vorhanden sein, damit für jeden Gast etwas Passendes dabei ist.
