We’ve stayed before and would again.
Pros:

Very clean, felt safe, good location

Cons:

We left keys behind n hotel wouldn’t post on. I understand about eu laws n costs but would have been happy to pay upfront. The neighbours were deliberately banging on the wall when they came in. It only happened twice we didn’t report.

Accommodation 100% value for money
Pros:

Had a ground floor room with 3 single beds overlooking the garden. Plenty of room for 3 adults to sleep, shower and relax (no seating area only beds) no patio area but seats in the garden / around the pool.

Toilet would not flush and within 30 mins of reporting the maintenance came

Room was cleaned daily, new towels and toilet toll everyday. Staff very pleasant and returned numerous times after we left for the day to clean up

The lobby was always clean and reception staff very helpful

Beach was a 1 minute walk away, I couldn't believe how lucky this was especially with how little we spent for a weeks stay

Did not have food at the hotel, room did have a kettle, cups, spoons but had to buy own tea bags and milk - shops nearby so wasn't an issue

Outside lots of restaurants, 4 irish bars, a flat walkway at the side of the beach taking you all the way to the marina in balmadena (worth the 45 min walk)

Train station in Torremolinos is uphill from the hotel, I just used ubers, bolts and local taxis that was reasonably priced

I got a bus from outside the hotel next to the bar called poisioden to the train station 5 mins away and got the train to malaga 15 mins away - cost approx €2 each journey.

I used bolts and uber mainly wherever i went if not walking and from the hotel to the airport it cost €16 (approx £14) - glad I didn't book transfers for £40 each person as thr airport was only 15 minutes away

Pros:

The room with the sea view is really amazing!
I was on the 7th floor. Definitely recommended!

Cons:

The beds are moving (they are on the wheels) so this is quite uncomfortable.
