Todo , mala limpieza , mala gestión a la hora de usar el sistema de reserva , mal olor , y sobre todo , olor a sustancias ilegales desde que llegamos
El personal del hotel, sobre todo un chico italiano (perdon no nos acordamos el nombre) fue lo mejor de la estancia! Era una alegria llegar y que estuviera el.
La ubicación no era mala, hay un parking a 5 minutos andando.
La piscina también estaba bien.
Las camas eran muy duras, sobre todo las almohadas. Ni poniendo dos hacías algo. Habia muchos bichos en la habitación, arañas, telas de araña, hormigas, mosquitos, moscones de las enredaderas...
El servicio de terraza, el señor que está en el bar de la terraza hace una comida buenísima y además tiene un trato al cliente muy bueno.
Al entrar no comentan que en la piscina hay servicio de comida y bebida.

Estaba sucio , no habían recargado los jabones habían cucarachas en la habitación, no hay jabón para el aseo de los platos tienes que comprarlo a parte, y el personal no tiene conocimiento sobre el sistema

Que se olía a sustancias ilegales en las habitaciones de al lado , droga , y encima el cuarto de baño olía fatal , faltaba rellenar los botes de gel , las camas duras , un olor rancio al entrar a la habitación , y lo peor que los ascensores , todos tiene la pegatina de desfavorable

La amabilidad del personal, la habitación esta bien con todo lo necesario para una breve estancia en el hotel a un precio bastante económico, no se puede pedir más por lo que pagas y de limpieza estaba bien quizás me hubiese gustado que oliese menos a lejía el baño y toda la habitación pero por lo menos estaba limpia.
Necesita una renovación en cuanto a mobiliario y también debería tener una zona de aparcamiento más grande porque es muy difícil encontrar aparcamiento por los alrededores.
