Great location and good value for money, bad internet and wifi
Pros:

Great location right at the center of the city. Easy walk to explore the historical center of Quito.

Cons:

Wifi is unusable. We have tried in several rooms, but it dropped connection every 10 seconds. Basically useless

Beautiful historic hotel in stunning location but take breakfast elsewhere.
Pros:

Beautiful hotel overlooking Santa Domingo Square. We had a suite with amazing views, comfortable arm chairs and a superking bed. Felt like a bit of 1930s grandeur. Staff friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast. A buffet where you could choose what you wanted would be lovely but there was no choice. I'm vegan and was offered two very small slices of pan integral and jam, plus a bit of fruit. No plant milks. No plant margarine. Coffee was luke warm.

Muy buena atención del personal. Excelente ubicación. Las camas muy cómodas. La vista a la iglesia de Santo Domingo es hermosa y también la vista al Panecillo.

Volvería sin dudar
Pros:

Excelentes instalaciones, nos quedamos en la suite con maravillosa vista a la plaza, muy amplio, cómoda cama, baño cómodo.
La vista desde el restaurante es espectacular, desayunamos a la carta y muy rico también.
Personal muy amable.
Adentro del Hotel muy seguro y con recepción 24 horas.

Cons:

Que el restaurante cierra muy temprano, uno está de turista recorriendo la ciudad o en tours y a la hra que uno vuelve ya no está abierto.

Great convenient location loved king bed!
Pros:

Large room, good king bed, excellent view of angel and plaza/church. Accommodated us early. Arranged airport transport

We were in Quito for Ecuador celebration, plaza was center of festivities so a bit noisy late.

A estrutura do hotel é ótima assim como o café da manhã e os funcionários.

Cons:

A localização. Tive dificuldade para encontrar o hotel porque o gps marcava a rua principal mas a entrada do hotel é pela lateral.

Fiz a viagem sozinha. Quase fui roubada voltando do jantar e eram umas 20h.

Close to historic center great hotel restaraunt
Pros:

Lovely place. Very Friendly staff and they took great care of me. I was very happy to stay here for a week and you are very close to all the big historic churches.

Cons:

It was a bit cold at night I needed and extra heater. But the actually room was great.
