My stay here was ruined by the people in the neighboring room, who were acting completely crazy — slamming my door at 6 AM and even climbing onto my balcony to take whatever they wanted.

To be honest, you should be prepared for this type of guest if you stay at this hotel. However, it is ONLY thanks to the staff members that I felt safe. I was extremely scared knowing someone could so easily access my room. Fortunately, the situation was handled properly: the guests were fined and escorted off the property.

A huge thank you to the receptionists, Kilian and Vivian, who handled all the issues promptly and made sure I felt secure. I also want to express my gratitude to the security guard, Nando, who stayed nearby the entire time to ensure those "neighbors" actually left and that I was completely safe.

If it weren't for the incredible staff, I have no idea how this situation would have ended. I truly hope the hotel management recognizes and rewards their hard work — their support meant the world to me.

تجربة متعبة ومرهقة وموظفة استقبال بدون ذوق

تسجيل الدخول سئ جدا جدا جدا قمت بحجز غرفة محددة باطلالة وسعرها كان أعلى من الغرفة الأخرى جلست عند الإستقبال أكثر من ساعتين من أجل الدخول وقامت موظفة الاستقبال بالطائف غرفة مختلفة في سطح مبني ملحق بالفندق كان علي الصعود وانا احمل حقيبتي عبر درج خارجي من الحديد الي غرفة بدون نافذة رجعت للاستقبال ورفضت ذلك وبعد ساعتين اخريات تم تسجيل الدخول لغرفة أخرى خرج منها نزيل ولم يتم تنظيفها بعد أدخلت اغراضي وخرجت وعدت بعد ساعة حتى اتمكن من الدخول
كانت تجربة سئية جدا ،والفندق كان مزدحم جدا جدا جدا قمت بالانتقال لفندق اخر بعد استرحت من تعب السفر

Krásné ubytování v srdci lloretu, kousek od autobusového nádraží a k pláži. Skvěle snídaně a pohodlné ale útulné pokoje

Krásné, v centru, dobré snídaně!

Cons:

Mezi koupelnou a posteli pouze posuvné dveře (zas takový problém to nebyl, ale kdyby byly klasické tak by to bylo lepší), šlo poměrně slyšet přes stěny (ale ne tak moc jak popisuji jiné recenze, asi záleží na pokoji)

Les femmes de chambre très gentilles
La situation de l'hôtel à deux pas de la mer, des boutiques et du parking souterrain
Le petit dejeuner très complet

Cons:

Extrêmement bruyant à tout heure de la nuit,très mal insonorisé, beaucoup de jeunes qui font la fête rentrent et sortent de l'hôtel en hurlant, frappant aux portes,nous avons passés toutes nos nuits blanches.
Manque un meuble dans la salle de bain pour poser les affaires
Nous avions la seule chambre sans balcon..

Rapport qualité prix cest très bien, l'emplacement idéal mais très très bryant jusqu'à tard dans la nuit, les jeunes n'avaient aucun respect, ça discute dans le balcon, et en ce qui concerne la propreté c'était pas le top et femmes de ménage ne sont pas passées faire le ménage, il fallait que je demande les serviettes propres. Le brunch parfait et varié ainsi que le personnel , très gentil et à lecoute.
