Cozy boutique hotel with cathedral view.
Pros:

Location. Situated in a cozy courtyard easy access to Santa Cruz area.
Our room was a bit small for two
People with two suitcases and backpacks would be the only drawback but we were o ky there one night so it was more than fine. They serve you a welcome drink on their lovely patio overlooking the cathedral. Hop. Arrival. Staff were courteous. Kind and very helpful.

Magnifique séjour de 3 jours
Pros:

L'emplacement est vraiment exceptionnel, idéal pour visiter à pieds les richesses de la ville. La place est superbe.
Le petit déj en terrasse est à recommander

Le seul bémol peut-être l'insonorisation au niveau de l'entrée ou escalier, avec les clients qui parlent fort en rentrant ou partant

La ubicación perfecta en centro histórico, limpio y con ascensor. Personal de limpieza muy amables.

Cons:

La habitación extremadamente pequeña para dos personas, imposible estar allí. La señorita de recepción poco amable, aunque finalmente nos cambio de habitación a una ligeramente mejor.

El lugar donde está ubicado...y la limpieza

No corresponde con 4 estrellas... es mas bien 2 a 3 estrellas..escasez en el desayuno...instalaciones básicas tanto en la habitacion como en el hotel en general

Incredibly disappointing stay, feels more like a prison cell than a 4-star hotel. We paid over £200 for one night and received a tiny, ground-floor room with no balcony. The room had a massive window that was too high to reach and close. T we were given 2 bottles of conditioner but no shampoo, the hairdryer barely worked, and the small bed was tight for two people and the room was so depressing.
The pictures shown during booking are highly misleading; none of them reflect the reality of this room. Even the outside of the building looks moldy. I have stayed in hostels that are better equipped and more comfortable than this. Do not be fooled by the 4-star rating. Never again.
