The room we booked for three was not usable for us. The bed for third person was up a windy stair case that would have been dangerous to navigate at night to go to the bathroom downstairs.
So we ended up booking another room. So ended up paying for 2 rooms.

The location is great, right in Santa Cruz next to the Alcázar, which is very convenient for visiting the city.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our experience was terrible because of the noise. We were given room number 2 on the ground floor, with a window facing the street, and it was impossible to sleep. All night long there were people coming and going, elevator door noises, cars passing by, and people talking outside. It was honestly one of the worst nights of my life .
I couldn’t sleep for a single second. Avoid this hotel if you are a light sleeper.

Awesome stay in Santa Cruz area of Seville
Pros:

Location cannot be beat, literally steps away from the cathedral, which was gorgeous, and the Alcazar. Staff were very helpful.

Cons:

Our two person room was quite small, but the bed was comfortable.

La habitacion era pequeña pero con todo lo necesario para "estar a gusto". Todo de buena calidad, hasta el papel higienico jaja. Me gusto la calidad de la ropa de cama, almohadas de Latex y buen colchon. Tienen una bonita terraz y esta muy centrico, rodeado de restaurante

Para decir algo, el cafe que tome en la terraza de mala calidad por ser de "capsula"
