Overall good location and comfy bed, but think we drew the short straw on the living room we had.
Pros:

Excellent location for staying right in the city centre, and friendly, helpful staff. Great building architecturally, and the main bedroom was a good size and the bed was comfy.

Cons:

I wouldn't say that the apartment itself was 5* as I was expecting. Everything was quite basic and a bit run down. Apart from one of the bedrooms which was a good size, the rest of the layout was very squeezed in (e.g. there wasn't enough room on the small sofa and single arm chair for all four of us staying there to sit down, so one had to sit on the dining room chair - not a big issue, but doesn't scream 'luxury') We had to shuffle round the furtniture due to everything being squeased in so tight - Our living area was certainly alot smaller than the ones in the pictures - perhaps we were just unlucky, but the size of it would seem to be better suited to two people staying rather than four.

A spacious, convenient and well-appointed apartment, with friendly staff.
Pros:

Excellent location, with car park nearby. Very spacious apartment and helpful reception desk. We were able to be flexible with our stay and extend it by a few hours for a small fee.

Cons:

Couple of the facilities needed attention, the radiator in the bedroom made a ticking noise, the shower temperature was tricky to regulate and the main room was a little cold.

Beautiful place kept very well, staff fantasic and right in the middle of Leeds. One of the nicest places i have stayed
