Abbiamo soggiornato in 6 in questa struttura. La posizione è ottima, molto comoda e a pochissimi passi dal centro. Il personale della reception è stato davvero gentile e disponibile.Nota positiva per la camera: spaziosa, dotata di frigorifero e cassaforte. Tuttavia, mancava l'aria condizionata. In stanza c'era solo un piccolo ventilatore; probabilmente non sono abituati alle temperature alte di quest'anno, ma in camera faceva davvero molto caldo. Il bagno era un po' piccolo, con il copriasse del water sbilenco. Nota dolente per la biancheria: gli asciugamani avevano qualche macchia ed erano un po' ruvidi.La colazione è nella norma, con scelta sia dolce che salata. Un piccolo appunto sul servizio in sala: eravamo in 6 e il nostro tavolo era apparecchiato solo per 4. Alla richiesta di unire un tavolo vicino ci è stato inizialmente detto di no, anche se poi la cameriera è tornata sui suoi passi aggiungendo due sedie al nostro tavolo. Nel complesso un buon soggiorno, ma con dettagli da curare di più.

Climatizzazione assente: Manca l'aria condizionata. Il piccolo ventilatore in dotazione non basta, la camera era caldissima.Bagno e biancheria: Bagno un po' stretto con tavoletta del wc sbilenca. Asciugamani ruvidi e con qualche macchia.Servizio colazione: Personale di sala poco flessibile. Eravamo in 6 su un tavolo da 4; hanno rifiutato di unire un secondo tavolo vicino, stringendoci tutti aggiungendo solo due sedie.

Etwas in die Jahre gekommen, aber absolut sauber und gemütlich 🤷 sehr nettes Personal, gutes Frühstück und Top Lage.

Cons:

Leider keine Balkons.... Aber dafür direkte Sicht in die Zimmer des Nachbar hotels 😵‍💫🤣

I would stay in this hotel again and I highly recommend it

The guy in reception name ( Miracle ) is very helpful, the room is amazing just walk distance to town center. They have secured car parking. Thank you very much Miracle.

Pros:

Camera molto pulita, letto comodo, personale cordiale. Posizione ottima per visitare Baden Baden. Buona la colazione.

Cons:

Assenza dell'aria condizionata, era presente un ventilatore. Abbiamo prenotato per tre, due adulti e la nostra bambina (6 anni), ma la camera era preparata per due.

Emplacement parfait. Environnement et nuits calmes. Commerces, restaurants et thermes à quelques mètres. Personnel discret, efficace et accueillant. Chambres pas très grandes mais suffisantes et bien aménagées. Douche avec pression fort appréciable.

Cons:

Une dosette de café à coté des sachets de thé, ce serait parfait pour le réveil matin !

Zimmer sehr geräumig, Bad sehr klein.
