Pros:

Хорошее расположение. Рядом магазины, кафе. Не далеко от моря.

Cons:

Снаружи отель красивый,а внутри давно требует ремонта. Территория не ухоженная,грязно. На кровати спать невозможно, матрас жёсткий,как доска. В подушках куски синтепона. Диван в гостиной раскладывается, но на нем нельзя спать из-за торчащего металлического каркаса. Обивка у стульев вся потресканная. Смеситель в душевой кабинке не исправный,стекло грязное. Вид с балкона на красивые горы, но под балконом собачий вольер и собаки по ночам гремят пустыми мисками . А самое неприятное это ТАРАКАНЫ!

Nice clean apartment with all the kitchen facilities provided.
Very close to all amenities and plenty of places to dine within walking distance.
Owner is amazingly helpful and always available.
He called all our taxis for us whenever required.
Lovely views of the mountains.
Would definetly recommend!

Best small apartment hotel in Kemer
Pros:

The best apt for us in Kemer as with earlier stays. Big terrace that is our solarium all day long. Situated in central Kemer with only a short walk to stores and restaurants. And Mustafa is helpful with everything including making the best coffee in town.

Pros:

Понравилось нам всё: и местоположение в пешей близости море, центр с магазинами, и тихая семейная обстановка. Особенно хотим отметить отношение Мустафы к своему делу: его забота о гостях, помощь в любом вопросе. Очень хочется ещё туда приехать в будущем!

Cons:

Не понравилось, что Booking не продлил нам проживание на 6 дней там по той цене за день, что и основное бронирование, а предложил цену в 2,5 раза больше, хотя это дни конца октября.

Toller Urlaub.
Pros:

Das Apartment befindet sich in einer sehr guten Lage. In der Nähe gibt es mehrere Geschäfte, darunter drei Supermärkte, sowie einen wunderschönen botanischen Garten. Zum Stadtstrand läuft man etwa 10 Minuten. Dieser Strand ist allerdings nicht ganz sauber, daher bin ich ein Stück weiter entlang der Küste spaziert – etwa 20 Minuten zu Fuß – und dort habe ich einen wirklich schönen Strand gefunden.
Besonders hervorheben möchte ich den Gastgeber. Er ist ein unglaublich freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Mensch. Er war jederzeit erreichbar und hat alle Fragen oder kleinen Probleme sofort gelöst. Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach, da er fließend Englisch, Deutsch und natürlich Türkisch spricht.
Ich empfehle dieses Apartment besonders Menschen, die mit ihrem Geld bewusst umgehen – für einen wirklich fairen Preis bekommt man hier einen ausgezeichneten Service und einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt.

Pros:

Отдыхали в начале октября с подругой. Остались очень довольны. Замечательный двухкомнатный номер. Кухня с целым арсеналом посуды. Море рядом, центр тоже, хотя в отеле было тихо. Хозяин очень ответственный, реагировал на просьбы моментально. Кофе был очень вкусный в его исполнении! Всем рекомендуем! Придраться не к чему!

Excellent appart'hotels
Pros:

Très sympathique appart'hotels, plutôt bien situé. Nôtre hôte Mustafa un très sympathique monsieur, très professionnel, très à l'écoute de la clientèle. Piscine en bas avec petit bar café tenu par notre hôte.

Vous pouvez nettoyer votre linge sale dans la laverie en bas. Grande terrasse avec belle vue au dernier étage (loft). Les équipements sont modernes et corrects.

Cons:

Tout était bien. Plus quelques conseils à notre hôte qu'une critique. Pour les menuiseries intérieures on a quelques petits coups de peintures à refaire, coffrer quelques câbles, plinthes à refaire, éventuellement une isolation avec le toit de l'appart du dernier étage car ça chauffe bien malgré la clim.

Mega Apart, Netter Inhaber. Wir Kommen jederzeit wieder
Pros:

Apart mit sehr guter Lage, sauber und gut ausgestattet. Der Inhaber Mustafa ist ein sehr netter und freundlicher Vermieter. Wir hatten gute Unterhaltungen und der hat uns Empfehlungen für und rund um Kemer gegeben. Den Kaffee von ihm kann ich absolut empfehlen.

Lovely place with a perfect host
Pros:

Location is perfect, close to the various beaches (fancy, public, wild beach), close to the various cafes, shops, supermarkets, Wednesday market, but it’s not on the main road so it’s very quiet and comfortable.
The room is spacious, equipped with almost all the necessary things for a long time stay.
Mustafa is the most caring and helpful, always there for you, answering any needs and questions.
He makes amazing coffee and can freely speak English and German.
The pool is lovely, perfect for children and to cool during the heat.
In overall it’s a nice place for a vacation.

Cons:

It’s not very comfortable to use the only washing machine that is outside the room, you need to ask every time when it’ll be available.
There are no amenities to clean the room by yourself, with our children would be better to have them because they often cause some mess. On the other hand, there’s room service every 2-3 days.
At night there are a lot of lights outside the house so you can’t keep the window shades open, so the only option for the night is air conditioning and closed windows.
There are two dogs in the cages near the house, they were not causing any trouble, calm and nice, still it’s a bit unusual.
