Deeply disappointed and check out after 1 night.

Breakfast was basic as was the whole property.

Cons:

Booking rated this property as 8.6 ...excellent and on any international standard it would be rated a 2 to 3. The property was old, tired, cheaply furnished and the air was stale!

Buena ubicación y comodidad, con algunas sugerencias
Pros:

La ubicación es muy conveniente, ya que se encuentra cerca de la zona céntrica de Cuenca y permite desplazarse caminando a varios lugares de interés. El acceso al tranvía está a solo una cuadra del alojamiento.

El desayuno es tipo buffet y ofrece varias opciones. Además, el alojamiento es limpio y cómodo, y cuenta con buena presión de agua en la ducha, lo cual hace la estadía más agradable.

Cons:

Considero que la comunicación para temas de cobro podría manejarse de otra manera. Recibí un mensaje por WhatsApp solicitando el pago, cuando la misma aplicación sugiere no atender este tipo de mensajes. Entiendo que, por la temporada, puedan requerir el pago con anticipación, pero tal vez sería más adecuado informarlo desde el momento de la reserva.

Por otro lado, como sugerencia de mejora, el papel higiénico podría ser de mejor calidad y sería conveniente contar con un basurero en el área donde se encuentra el agua y el café.

Tres B’s hotel!
Pros:

Que es una casa antigua muy bien construida y mantenida , uno de los hermosos hoteles boutique de Cuenca con un excelente servicio.

Cons:

Podría recomendar un poco más de mantenimiento en ciertas partes de la casa , como en el ingreso (gradas ) y barrederas en los baños. Y resaltar el valor histórico de la casa (información escrita de la mansión)

Je ne retournerai pas dans cet hôtel.
Cons:

La chambre côté rue n'est pas acceptable au niveau du bruit. C'est comme si on dormait directement dans la rue. Les fenêtres ont besoin d'un triple vitrage.

Adentro el World Heritage Site.
Pros:

Estación del tranvía a una cuadra (-con servicio al aeropuerto, pero viajamos por bus!). Edificio histórico, casi como museo adentro pero "all mod cons", todas las conveniencias modernas instaladas.

Cons:

Falta ascensor (¿por reglas del riesgo de sismos?. Aunque tienen aceso para sillas de rueda).
