The only good thing about our trip
Pros:

The hotel was spotlessly clean, in a great location and had a fantastic free breakfast every morning. They even let us have breakfast early on the morning we had to check out. Had daily room cleaning without ever needing to ask.
Unfortunately we had an absolutely awful rental car, but the hotel staff helped us with making phone calls and offering to translate for us and helped work out solutions, even showing us a nearby Charger for the car so we wouldn't be stranded. Even though our rental from Europcar ruined our vacation, this hotel was the silver lining that made everything better.

Cons:

The parking at the hotel is very tight but if you make a few turns and have patience it's not a problem at all. And with the location you can leave your car behind and walk the whole town.

Cute and welcoming hotel
Pros:

The Piccolo hotel has many lovely features including stunning views, though these are only available on one side of the building. We found the staff were incredibly helpful and kind. The rooms are comfortable and clean but quite small and there's little soundproofing so noise is a factor. The location is outstanding as it's a quick walk into the centre of Pienza (which is absolutely beautiful). The breafast is good with a choice of homemade cakes and some savory options. The coffee we found excellent. Parking is tight but it all works so is not a worry.

Cons:

Really the only negative to note is the poor soundproofing between rooms. It is not a problem just something to be aware of.

Pros:

Localização excelente, principalmente para quem vai de carro, pois o hotel tem estacionamento próprio e fora da ZTL.
Fica a apenas 5 min a pé do centro e tem uma vista maravilhosa.
Destaque para a simpatia de todos os funcionários e em particular da Micaela.
Café da manhã também foi bem satisfatório.

Hotel aconchegante para descansar na Toscana
Pros:

A equipe do hotel é muito receptiva e simpática, facilitaram a comunicação conosco falando em inglês. O café da manhã não é só doce como dizem ser na Itália, e nos preparavam um expresso delicioso todas as manhãs. Peça o quarto com vista.

Me gustó de la propiedad la ubicación que estaba muy cerca del centro, la atención del personal, que contaba con parking y que tenía un muy buen desayuno!

Cons:

Las habitaciones eran muy antiguas, tal vez precisa una modernización.

Bien pour 1 nuit
Pros:

Nous n’avions pas une chambre avec la vue, un peu déçu mais c’est comme ça.
Le personnel est très accueillant.
Le petit déjeuné est très bon il y a la fois du salé et sucré avec des gâteaux fait maison!
Le parking gratuit est un vrai +

Cons:

Les chambres sont mal insonorisé, nous entendions les personnes dans la chambres d’à côté ainsi que les douches et toilettes des chambres voisines.
Nous avions pas d’eau chaude mais tiède et sans pression.
Le parking est inaccessible à partir de 20h, donc nous sommes coincé dans la ville de pienza et à pied. Un peu dommage de ne pas avoir cette liberté avec notre voiture.

excellent and comfy stay for a quick city visit
Pros:

The valley view room is very neat, clean and well equipped, the staff are very welcoming and helpful.
The city is small, and the hotel is across the street from the city wall and a few minutes drive from the Gladiator sets.
Parking is included.
