Me gustó el trato recibido por Ángel, el chico de la recepción. Es un chaval muy válido para su trabajo, trata a los clientes con bastante amabilidad.

Convenient with a good restaurant and cafeteria.

Excellent venue for exploring Antequera and the area. Staff were friendly and the hotel was clean.

Our room was cold with no method of heating. Also the Wifi was very patchy.

Pros:

Das Personal war sehr freundlich sowohl beim checkin als auch beim Frühstück.
Der frisch gepresste Orangensaft beim Frühstück war ein Highlight. Dazu gab es einen Kaffee und ein getoastetes Brötchen (Wir entschieden uns für Butter und Konfitüre. Man hätte stattdessen auch z.B. Schinken oder Käse wählen können).

Cons:

Das Zimmer war kalt, Heizung funktionierte nicht, Steckdosen nur sehr wenige (nicht beim Bett) vorhanden und das WLAN war teilweise sehr schwach. Zudem roch das Zimmer unangenehm nach altem Haus.

Als wir im Hotel ankamen, wurden wir von der Rezeptionistin freundlich empfangen. Sie sprach akzeptabel Deutsch. Danach gingen wir nach oben in unser Zimmer. Leider war das Zimmer sehr klein – wir waren zu viert und haben den Raum komplett ausgefüllt.
Außerdem war es sehr kalt, da die Heizung nicht funktionierte. Nachdem wir das gemeldet hatten, wurde uns gesagt, dass auch in einem anderen Zimmer die Heizung nicht funktioniert. Man bot uns entweder ein anderes Zimmer in einem anderen Stockwerk oder eine kleine elektrische Heizung an. Wir haben uns für die Heizung entschieden.
Ehrlich gesagt fanden wir den Preis im Vergleich zu den Umständen viel zu hoch. Auch das Frühstück war enttäuschend: Wir haben 30 Euro extra bezahlt, obwohl es als „sehr gutes Frühstück“ beworben wurde. In Wirklichkeit war es sehr einfach, und man musste Sandwiches und Getränke einzeln bestellen.
Insgesamt hatten wir das Gefühl, dass das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis nicht stimmt und wir leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht haben.

Pros:

Struttura old style. Esterna al centro di Antequera (circa 2 km) ma proprio per questa scelta come appoggio per la comodità di avere parcheggio. Senza gloria ne infamia.

Hôtel très confortable et spacieux et beau patio à l’étage. Belle terrasse avec vu sur la ville dans le fond mais sur l’avenue commerciale en premier plan. Endroit calme.

Cons:

Pedimos expresamente una habitación tranquila. Pero por la noche, que fue ventosa y con ĺluvia primero empezamos a oír unos golpes intermitentes que al día siguiente vimos era debido a que el toldo de lona de una carpa junto a nuestra habitación estaba hecho jirones y golpeaba a la estructura metálica. Pero todavía fue peor cuando empezó a llover con fuerza y había un ruido atronador en la habitación. Vimos al día siguiente que era debido a que a la altura del suelo de nuestra habitación había un tejado de chapa y no de teja. En definitiva: dormimos fatal y solo a ratos. Cuando al día siguiente al hacer el check out lo dijimos en recepción nos dicen que por qué no les contactamos durante la noche. Les decimos que podía haber sido una opción, pero que cambiarnos de madrugada de habitación recogiendo todo tampoco hubiera sido lo más confortable. Que todo se hubiera evitado dándonos, como les requerimos, una habitación tranquila. Pedimos hablar con el responsable y nos dicen que no hay a las 9 horas de la mañana ningún responsable y que tampoco se le puede llamar telefonicamente porque la persona en recepción dice tener "un procedimiento" según el cual solo podía poner un correo electrónico al responsable en caso de problemas. Le sugerimos que tengan,al menos, un detalle p.ej con los desayunos y nos dice la persona de recepción que ella no puede hacer nada y que lo abonemos (10,60 euros). Nos vamos del hotel y a los 15 minutos nos llaman porque no se ha abonado el desayuno de la otra habitación que habíamos reservado para unos amigos (9,60 euros). Volvemos al hotel y se nos insinua por la persona de recepción que lo unico que hemos pretendido con nuestras quejas es no abonar los desayunos. La matizamos y le decimos que lo que le hemos sugerido es simplemente es que al menos tengan un detalle cubriendo ellos el desayuno. Y que ante su negativa hemos abonado el mismo.
