Innbydende og flott hotel med fine rom. Rent og fint. Siden vi bodde her like over nyttår var der ikke frokost bufet, men fikk servert en fin og velsmakende frokost, hyggelig servert på bordet. Room servic helt topp. Kan virkelig anbefale dette hotellet. Om sommeren må det være en ‘nytelse’ å bo der med de flotte bassengene like utenfor.

Nice & clean place, right by the main road to zahla & Baalbek. Our room was decent & the bed was new but not the most comfortable. Staff were friendly, but no one offered to help us with bags which is uncommon in Lebanon!

I've heard a lot about this hotel, which gave me the incentive to actually book a night out there. However, the hotel looked like a haunted/deserted mansion. Garden is dead, pool is ugly full with insects, it was actually green. I know its not the right season, but its almost mid April! when were they expecting to clean it up for visitors? All in all, the only thing that we were able to experience were the room and breakfast, other than that, it was a dead hotel. We had to spend all our time outside. When I asked the receptionist, she said that they will open up the pool on June 15.. JUNE 15??
