Both buildings have parking outside however the reception and the breakfast are located in the main building number 77.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. Lovely staff, good breakfast, just what we needed for the stay.
Could have been a touch cleaner
The staff are first class, cheerful, approachable and very helpful. Breakfast was excellent.
The ensuite was very tight with possibly the smallest shower I have used . Room 10 is disappointing as a king luxury room doesn't cut it. The room is over the reception entrance adjoining the main road - noise is an issue a window needs to be open for air flow, a room to avoid.

Great location. Friendly staff
WOW, what a gorgeous hotel, everything was immaculate and so beautifully designed. I almost didn't have breakfast the next morning and am so glad I did! The restaurant is stunning, and the food was incredible! Will definitely stay again.
There was honestly nothing I didn't like. Everything has been thought of.
Great decoration and attention to details
No AC in rooms
Beautifully decorated (especially the restaurant) and in a good location, very convenient. Staff were kind and polite, I received a warm welcome on arrival. I booked very last minute due to a booking mishap elsewhere (my own fault) and was accommodated quickly by the staff here.
My room was not very clean. There were cobwebs in the corners and several spiders (I quite like spiders so this was not awful for me, and the spiders were very polite and let me pick them up to put back outside) but I can see this being a big problem for other people.
While the carpet itself was in good condition, the floor was not even/flat underneath and I did trip over an uneven floorboard (room 31).

Comfortable and clean rooms, friendly staff. Rooms at Booking.com rates were reasonable. Good breakfast.
We used the restaurant one evening. Service was slow, and although the staff were friendly they seemed to need more training. It looked like they struggled with the numbers they had that evening.
Parking was easy and breakfast very good. There was a good supply of tea and coffee in the room.
