Lovely traditional hotel with a warm welcome
Pros:

A very brief stay, but a lovely traditional hotel. The room was a good size and a very comfortable bed. Received a warm welcome when I arrived. The breakfast sounded fabulous, but unfortunately I had a hospital appointment and wasn’t allowed to eat - next time

Perfect in every way
Pros:

Exceptional breakfast (every day) and evening meal (Tuesday to Saturday) well appointed clean room and powerful shower. The staff were very friendly and helpful with no exceptions. On site parking. We recommend this hotel to anyone staying in this area with no reservations.

Cons:

This is very picky but the socket position was under the table.

Pros:

The staff were very helpful. Especially the receptionist, who was extremely helpful in finding out the best way to get to Chichester by public transport.

It was perfect for our night away! Thank you!
Pros:

The property was very clean and beautifully designed. It had everything we needed for a night’s stay and the breakfast was delicious! It even has a gym which if we had stayed longer we would have definitely enjoyed using!

Cons:

There was nothing that we didn’t like.

Nice place but needs rooms upgrade .
Pros:

Cheery breakfast room, good quality menu. Plenty of parking.

Cons:

The bathroom was very small, one tiny shelf, no room for toiletries. Towel rail above toilet. Definitely needed some TLC. At least paintwork, ( grubby door ) pipe work and shower deep clean but preferably a total refurbishment.
Bedroom curtain to the floor, so covered radiator. Had to bunch up on the windowsill to allow heat in. Side lights attached up on the wall with a flex to the plug. Difficult to find switch up there at night.

Short break to attend family party.
Pros:

Breakfast was very nice, with good selection. Decor was very nice . Staff were very helpful. Room very clean, towels provided, tea and coffee provided too.

Cons:

Lounge and bar area bit small, and no drinks served after 9.30pm. Location a bit out of town, not much nearby if you want to eat or drink. Pillows bit hard.

Great location for the event we were attending and added bonus that there was on site parking.
