Location perfect for the purpose we were there for. Outstanding value for money. 7 Eleven on the same property.
Can’t really complain as you get what you pay for. The rooms were old and tired but decently equipped and relatively clean.
Dates of Stay: July 20–23
Unfortunately, our experience here was deeply disappointing. The room had an unbearable smell, most likely due to a malfunctioning bathroom exhaust fan—the odor was strong and clearly coming from the bathroom.
On top of that, the pillows were extremely dirty (as shown in the attached photo), and the bedsheets didn’t feel fresh at all. While housekeeping did respond and changed them right away, the fact that we had to deal with this was unacceptable.
The Wi-Fi was consistently unstable and painfully slow throughout our 3-night stay. We raised the issue with the front desk, and were told there was an “internet interruption”—conveniently, it started on our check-in day and ended just as we were checking out. It felt almost intentional.
The gym was mediocre (2.5/5), and the breakfast was basic (3/5).
Value for money: 0/5.
With all these issues combined, we can confidently say we will not be returning.
Good value for money. Room was big with huge ceilings. Breakfast was quite nice.
Good location
Not expensive but it’s not clean at all. And some noise every time.
The hotel entrance is in the parking
Hotel is in very good location. The breakfast had a good choice of Thai dishes which were full of flavour and varied every day. The room was spacious and cleaned every day. The lady owner was very helpful and friendly. It is a 3 star hotel and what you get for the price is excellent, do not go expecting 4 or 5 star facilities. Would stay there again.
This was probably the most disgustingly dirty hotel I’ve stayed at in my life. It would get a zero stars if I could. The bugs in the garbage can that scurried under my bed when I pulled out the bag to sit outside after they didn’t clean our room. The crackling light that sounded like it was going to start on fire yet wouldn’t turn on. The leaking sink tap. The hole is the wall. No screens. Actual dirt and food on bed skirt and walls. The dirty cups that were wrapped as if clean. The dust bunnies hanging off the AC and shelves. The card needed to stay in the door to leave electricity on yet the electricity stayed on half the time so we never knew if our refrigerated food would stay cool. The rainfall showerhead didn’t work.
However, the neighborhood felt very safe although it was in one of the busiest streets in Bangkok. I’m pretty sure a few of the ladies that sat around in the parking lot were working girls. Bike parking was safe and convenient. And the elevator smelled amazing.

I also felt really bad for the lady that came to run on the treadmill while my daughter and I were in the gym. The treadmill was so loud she was embarrassed to run and ended up leaving to run outside instead.

Stay away from this place - booked 4 nights, arrived the hotel lobby and found a strong unpleasant unhygienic stink throughout the space, could not stay a few seconds further and had to leave the hotel and find another one in the night. Very dark, looks like a motel next to car park and can barely breath in the building due to the repelling stink.
Definitely mismatch from agoda.
Worst - the hotel does NOT have any email to contact. Four nights of costs thrown away.

I’ve stayed at this property back in 2017 and in previous years to that and prior to that back when this property was named Chaydon Sathorn. The hotel is not very outdated and is very dirty. There is mold in the bathroom and lots of mildew. The floors are very dirty in the hotel so bring slippers if you decide to stay here. Checked right out after less than 3 hours of being there. I still give it to the hotel that it’s a safe and convenient location and with 7/11 being just right downstairs it’s very convenient. The nail salon and massage spot downstairs are still legit as I remember it being. The staff are trained correctly and are very kind, but over all the hotel needs to be completely re renovated!
First room I got was very noisy because of heavy traffics on Sathorn road. Good thing they immediately let me changed to a different room upon request. 2nd room still had some traffic noises, but it was liveable. Smelled electrical burn when I turned on the TV. After I turned it off, smell went away within minutes. I like the clean restroom, clean sheets, pillows. It does not look like a hotel.
Breakfast was free but pretty awful and cold
It was thai tv mainly....no english news channels and poor picture reception
