The staff were good overall. They were kind and courteous except for one person named Ajeet in the reception. He was quite cold.

The hotel was very accommodating to the requests.

The facilities were good

Cons:

The breakfast buffet was almost the same everyday. Would be better if they can shuffle a bit.
