When Laundry Costs More Than the Clothes
Pros:

Premium hotels charging premium prices is understandable. But Radisson Blu Udyog Vihar seems determined to redefine luxury billing altogether.

A friend of mine, who stays here regularly for 3–4 days almost every fortnight, was charged ₹1500 in laundry charges for ONE handkerchief and ONE pair of socks.

At that price, I can only assume the socks received a spa treatment and the handkerchief was ironed by European textile specialists.

What made the experience worse was the staff’s attitude. Even after the charge was questioned, the staff remained completely adamant, showing no willingness to acknowledge how unreasonable the billing sounded.

This wasn’t a one-time guest either — this was a loyal repeat customer. Charging absurd amounts for tiny personal items and then defending it so rigidly leaves a very poor impression.

Nice property, but experiences like this make guests feel exploited rather than valued.

Future guests: enjoy your stay — but maybe keep your socks away from the laundry service.

Pros:

Raddison hotel staff lack basic etiquettes they can't even provide drinking water I asked for RO water as packaged bottle water does not suit me but even after reminding them 4-5 times regarding keeping RO water in my room they still don't do it, everytime I have to call and especially ask for it only then they bring reluctantly that too after a long time

Disappointing in the end
Pros:

Large spacious room and excellent bathroom facilities. Very good location near the airport.

Cons:

Due to a wedding function at the time of our one night stay, we were unable to use the pool as the area was taken over by the wedding party. This closure was not mentioned to us upon check in, and I am sure other non-wedding guests were also not aware.

We had also paid extra for a late check out at 1700 hrs due to an evening flight. On the day of check out, we received two phone calls to the room (1200 and 1500 hrs), asking when we were leaving. This is not acceptable and should not have happened due to extra money being paid at time of check-in.
