Clean and Safe with good dive shop and good food on the property.

The Pro is dining within walking distance / The room are clean / location safe during the night.
The Con is TV reception very poor / toilet accessory & sliding door damage / inconsistent hot water

Stayed at Capt’n Gregg’s for a 3-day conference. Accommodations were awesome. Staff was great. Check-in was a bit scary because Expedia messed-up the booking, but Chuck was able to make everything right. Loved the place.

Basic but very comfortable rooms. The restaurant is quite good and proportions are very big. The attached dive shop is first rate.

There were nice friends and good location

I always like this place, having stayed there a number of times. Great Diving and fun times.

Great location .. will be much better when consrution at beach front is completed

宿泊客やダイビングサービス利用者は欧米人がほとんどです。
当然日本語は通じず、レストランの注文もダイビングのブリーフィングも全て英語。
ただしホテル従業員やダイビングガイドはとてもフレンドリーで、ある程度英語のできる方ならば、彼らとのコミュニケーションを楽しむことができます。
落雷で一時的に停電したり、テレビが映らなくなったりしましたが、程なく回復し、特に不便は感じませんでした。（停電時も部屋のライトは生きており、多分別系統の補助電源を持っていると思われます。）
せっかく海外に来たのだから現地に溶け込みたい、という志向をお持ちの方にはピッタリだと思います。

僕のサバンの定宿です。1階にダイビングショップ、2階にレストランがあり非常に楽でした。ダイビングショップはとても良かったです。レストランもメニューも豊富で美味しかった。設備は不備もありますが、場所と値段を考えると合格点かな？

Ett smutsigt hotell som ligger vid hamnen där vattnet är fullt av soppor och det luktar illa . De var inget bra hotell. Vi drog därifrån .

Nicely positioned on the beach front .Being a diving town always busy on the working beach
Also close to the shopping area and the lively night life .
Rooms are of a good size , however the shower area in need of an upgrade
Staff are so attentive and always smiling .

房间温馨，餐馆景色很好，离码头也近。厕所有蟑螂，床上有沙子，其他都还好，就是没有网络，网络太差了，房间内根本不能上网，在餐厅也经常断，这是住这个酒店最差的体验。

Preis/ Leitung absolut OK. Manchmal lau da direkt im Zentrum gelegen. Wen das stört sollte sich was anderes suchen.
Ich würde wieder buchen.

酒店房间跟hotels的介绍完全不一样 说好是2个房间 到了之后给了我1个房间2个床，房间晚上很吵 周围是酒吧街的声音 可以吵到凌晨2点多 酒店也没什么服务 除了离潜店近以外没什么优点 洗澡水也冷的要死 水还小
small cold water, noise in the night until 2:00pm, we book two rooms but they give us one they said its hotels translate problem :) so whos problem?

The room was ok. The view from our room was over looking a roof top but did enjoy the patio deck. The room floor was dirty and very sandy. The coffee cups were not cleaned. We arrived middle of the night due to travel delays and our paid for room was already rented. We did get a free upgrade. The room shown in the booking was not the room we were getting. We extended our stay 3 days and had to pay upgrade charges. All and all I would stay there again. At least next time I know what to expect. Our breakfast there was not included but it was very good and plentiful.

I have stayed at this place before and everything worked fine. But this time there was no hot water and the air conditioning seemed subpar. The room is clean, but small. Great view of the ocean, plus they have a restaurant and a good dive shop on the property.

Stay away if at all possible. The dive shop is courteous and professional but the hotel is so bad it hard to describe. Starts with the owner. Rude and unfriendly and unprofessional doesn’t bigin to describe this flipping guy. Wow what a way to treat guests that can write a reviews. Upon check in said help and asking a few questions he was so rude that we were in shock. Like it was beneath him to even speak to a germ like us. Plus I stayed 6 out of my 8 days booked because half the time there was no water. If you companies about no water he looked at you like you are the problem. Oh and NO HOT WATER EVER!!! Solar heat water so if cloudy or rain etc there is no hot water. Lucky to get cold shower because water not working. Some restaurant dishes ok. But they have a nightly BBQ, that they sell low grade top sirloin and call it tender loin. So over cooked and tough you couldn’t eat it. But charge you anyway. Condition of bathroom and rooms in general is deplorable.
