Cons:

The afternoons are hot. Simply putting in some sort of window treatment on the stairwell windows would make a big difference.
Get some local artist to paint a seascape on them

Pros:

Close to the strip, helpful and professional staff. It's really affordable, my room was the deluxe and I had a great view of the water.
The restaurant also has a great view and food. The waitresses are really nice.

Cons:

The place was perfect for me, if I had to pick something the water runs out at night. Make sure you fill the bucket provided. Then have a filipino shower when the water runs out.

Pros:

Stayed at Capt’n Gregg’s for a 3-day conference. Accommodations were awesome. Staff was great. Check-in was a bit scary because Expedia messed-up the booking, but Chuck was able to make everything right. Loved the place.

宿泊客やダイビングサービス利用者は欧米人がほとんどです。
当然日本語は通じず、レストランの注文もダイビングのブリーフィングも全て英語。
ただしホテル従業員やダイビングガイドはとてもフレンドリーで、ある程度英語のできる方ならば、彼らとのコミュニケーションを楽しむことができます。
落雷で一時的に停電したり、テレビが映らなくなったりしましたが、程なく回復し、特に不便は感じませんでした。（停電時も部屋のライトは生きており、多分別系統の補助電源を持っていると思われます。）
せっかく海外に来たのだから現地に溶け込みたい、という志向をお持ちの方にはピッタリだと思います。

僕のサバンの定宿です。1階にダイビングショップ、2階にレストランがあり非常に楽でした。ダイビングショップはとても良かったです。レストランもメニューも豊富で美味しかった。設備は不備もありますが、場所と値段を考えると合格点かな？

Ett smutsigt hotell som ligger vid hamnen där vattnet är fullt av soppor och det luktar illa . De var inget bra hotell. Vi drog därifrån .

Nicely positioned on the beach front .Being a diving town always busy on the working beach
Also close to the shopping area and the lively night life .
Rooms are of a good size , however the shower area in need of an upgrade
Staff are so attentive and always smiling .
Nice place to stay
