According to the Brazilian Federal Law 8.069/1990, minors under 18 years of age cannot check into hotels unless they are accompanied by their parents or a designated adult. If a minor is accompanied by an adult other than his parents, it is necessary to present a written authorization for the minor to check into the hotel. Such authorization must be notarized and signed by both parents, and presented along with notarized copies of their IDs.
All minors under 18 years of age also need to present a valid ID with photo, to prove their identity and that of his/her parents. This must be presented even if a minor is accompanied by his/her parents.
In the case of a minor accompanied by only one of the parents, it is necessary to present a notarized authorization signed by the absent parent, along with a notarized copy of that parent's ID.

Eu cheguei na noite do dia 7/8, fui super mal recebido por 2 atendentes que estavam no local, mal olharam na minha cara, perguntei a respeito das acomodações foram super “estupidos” comigo e minha família. Pois eu não aluguei apenas 1 quarto aluguei 2 quartos.
Porém no segundo dia, fui a recepção e já era outro funcionário que estava, Flávia nome dela, uma pessoa totalmente diferente, super atenciosa, prestativa e super simpática, me tratou super bem.
Porém, a 1ª impressão é a que fica, e infelizmente não foi boa, foi péssima.
