Atendimento super fluido pessoal educado e gentil

Cons:

Cama de casal desconfortável, problemas para ligar o chuveiro, o registro de pressão estava mal encaixado o que resultou em dificuldade para deixar a água na temperatura quente, cartões com erro de leitura para a abertura da porta porém a moça da recepção nos atendeu e auxiliou super bem

O atendimento é excelente, profissionais capacitados, muito atenciosos e simpáticos. Café da manhã e jantar também são ótimos!

Cons:

No meu quarto encontrei um fio dental em cima do sabonete líquido e o registro do chuveiro caiu assim que entrei no banho, não encaixou de volta, foi bem complicado.

Cons:

O homem que nos atendeu na recepção no check in foi mal educado. Não tinha nem suporte para papel higiênico. Não tinha coberta. Os manobristas do estacionamento também sem educação. O valor não condiz com a qualidade do que foi entregue. Televisão sem possibilidade de visão para a pessoa que está na cama.
