For nonrefundable reservations and advance payments, guests need to send their details for the invoice to the hotel after making the booking.
Checked-in guests have spa access included ( indoor pool and saunas ) with a booking made in advance, in base of availability.
The access to the SPA area with pools and saunas for children under the age of 13 years old is allowed only on Fridays and Saturday ( on Friday between 10:00 - 22:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 until 16:00 ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

ספא נהדר. שירותיות גבוהה. קיבלנו א.בוקר ארוזה כי יצאנו מוקדם לטיסה.נוף מהמם.

Cons:

החימום בחדר היה חזק מידי ולא ניתן לשלוט מהחדר.מיד הציעו לנו חדר חלופי.
למרות שבחוץ היה 10- ,ביקשנו לכבות והיה נעים וחמים.

Am avut parte de o experiență superbă, fiind prima dată când aleg un astfel de hotel, iar așteptările mi-au fost pe deplin depășite. Plec mult mai relaxată și odihnită, mulțumită atmosferei primitoare. Personalul a dat dovadă de o amabilitate deosebită, iar curățenia impecabilă din cameră m-a făcut să mă simt ca acasă. Zona de wellness a fost o adevărată oază de liniște, fiind exact ce aveam nevoie pentru relaxare după plimbările lungi prin Cluj și împrejurimi. Recomand cu drag!
