For nonrefundable reservations and advance payments, guests need to send their details for the invoice to the hotel after making the booking.
Checked-in guests have spa access included ( indoor pool and saunas ) with a booking made in advance, in base of availability.
The access to the SPA area with pools and saunas for children under the age of 13 years old is allowed only on Fridays and Saturday ( on Friday between 10:00 - 22:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 until 16:00 ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.

We recently stayed for the 

Hunters Ball

 and the experience was truly 5-star from start to finish. The food, was a highlight—beautifully presented and prepared with incredible attention to detail. The evening was perfectly complemented by superb music  that kept the energy high and the atmosphere elegant.
The hotel rooms were exceptional; spacious, spotless, and finished with high-quality touches like crisp linens and refined décor. What really set the stay apart was the professionalism of the staff, who were warm and attentive throughout the entire event. Highly recommended for anyone attending a formal event! ספא נהדר. שירותיות גבוהה. קיבלנו א.בוקר ארוזה כי יצאנו מוקדם לטיסה.נוף מהמם.

Cons:

החימום בחדר היה חזק מידי ולא ניתן לשלוט מהחדר.מיד הציעו לנו חדר חלופי.
למרות שבחוץ היה 10- ,ביקשנו לכבות והיה נעים וחמים.
