The access to the SPA area with pools and saunas for children under the age of 13 years old is allowed only on Fridays and Saturday ( on Friday between 10:00 - 22:00 and on Saturday from 09:00 until 16:00 ).Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Nu mi-a plăcut nimic

Cons:

Experiența mea la acest hotel a început promițător. La recepție, domnișoara a fost foarte amabilă, mi-a oferit cardul de acces și toate informațiile necesare despre cameră. Până în acel moment, totul a fost în regulă.

Din păcate, odată ajuns în cameră, problemele au început să apară. Patul era doar pe jumătate făcut, lăsând impresia că cineva încercase să-l aranjeze în grabă. Podeaua fie nu fusese spălată, fie fusese curățată foarte superficial. În cameră persista un miros puternic de aer închis, iar aerul condiționat nu funcționa, motiv pentru care a trebuit să deschid geamul.

Instalația electrică părea să aibă probleme. Luminile funcționau intermitent, iar pentru a-mi încărca telefonul a fost necesar să scot veioza din priză. Când am încercat să închid jaluzelele automatizate înainte de culcare, acestea nu au mai funcționat, iar mecanismul producea un zgomot ciudat.

Am vrut să mă relaxez folosind cada cu hidromasaj, însă aceasta nu funcționa. În plus, în zona băii nu exista niciun produs cosmetic, nici măcar un gel de duș. Totuși, am decis să fac duș. În timpul utilizării, am observat o substanță neagră care se scurgea pe pereții cabinei de duș, un aspect extrem de neplăcut și îngrijorător din punct de vedere al igienei. De asemenea, nu existau periuță și pastă de dinți, ci doar gel de duș și balsam de păr.

Am reușit să adorm abia în jurul orei 04:00. Dimineața, la ora 10:20, am ajuns la micul dejun. Am așteptat aproximativ 10 minute până când o altă persoană și-a preparat cafeaua, după care am reușit și eu să îmi fac una și am ieșit pe terasă. După câteva minute am simțit nevoia să beau apă sau un suc, însă când am intrat în restaurant toate aparatele erau deja oprite, iar personalul strângea mesele.

Am rugat politicos o angajată să îmi permită să mă servesc cu un suc. Mi-a răspuns pe un ton rece și distant, cu o atitudine care m-a făcut să mă simt deranjant pentru personal. Mi-a spus că micul dejun se servește doar până la ora 10:30.

Pros:

Beautiful modern hotel. Very good breakfast. Gym and inner pool great. Comfy bed. Very nice and polite staff.

Cons:

Not close to city vivid center. No restuarents around.

Overall ok, but we are going to think twice about another stay.
Pros:

Spacious rooms, recently renovated, good breakfast.

Cons:

Too bad that after the renovations performed they didn’t cleaned properly the stains of paint from the doors and many imperfections for a 5 star hotel. The tables from the restaurant are not cleaned after every guest. Stuff was coming to serve guests and chewing food from the kitchen…. Again too bad for the hard work done and all the investments made.

One night at the Grand Hotel
Pros:

The room was wonderful with city sight. I booked a standard but they gifted me with deluxe being a new client. The bathroom was also big with jacuzzi. Espresso short tastes as original Italian coffee. Everything was great, I deeply liked spending time at the hotel.

Cons:

I can't say that I didn't like but in this period, due to frequently rain, I haven't had the possibility to try the outside swimming pool
(maybe next time).

hôtel exceptionnel à cluj avec un très bon rapport qualité/prix
Pros:

Les chambres sont spacieuses avec tout le confort, propres. Le spa est inclus dans le prix de la chambre, il y a aussi une piscine à l'extérieure. Le petit déjeuné est aussi inclus dans le prix et il est exceptionnel. Honnêtement, nous allons souvent a Cluj et dans le reste de la Roumanie (une fois par an) et je pense que cet hôtel est le meilleur au niveau de tout les hôtel ou nous avons été. le rapport qualité /prix est très bon. Nous venons depuis quelques années et nous reviendrions certainement.

Cons:

rien et c'est très rare (nous voyageons beaucoup et il y a toujours quelque chose qui n'est pas apprécié)

Pros:

The view from the balcony is amazing. Our room was very spacious and clean. The staff is friendly and helpful and the breakfast was great. You have access to room service and also underground parking.

Cons:

The spa is great, but the Jacuzzi was out of order during our stay.
