The good things: 1- Check in and check out, both smooth and fast, as always. Great! 2- Staff is always friendly, helpfull and professional; 3- Rooms are big, beds are big and confortable, linen is top; 5- Bathroom is big, walking shower is good, water pressure is great, toileteries are good and enough.
The bad things: 1- Some products at breakfast were not great (juices were too sweet, ham was dry and soup was cold), though the eggs were very good and the hot drinks machine had a great selection; 2- The main problem was the nose from the shower water falling the drain: it was so loud and for so long that was impossible to sleep for a long time.
Friendly staff and nice atmosphere at the Avani.
😌The London Inn restaurant and bar has lovely, friendly waitstaff and bartenders who provide excellent service. Everyone was wonderful; I was very impressed, especially with Nan & Aon. 👍🏻
Great location with superb service mind starting at the first glimpse of hotel entrance. Excellent room and accommodation. Wonderful time at spa and gym :)

- Gym is a bit small but overall fine
The best hotel in Khon Kaen, situated in good location. Excellent for rooms, services, breakfast and variety of outlets to enjoy.
Overall, the rooms, service, food, cleanliness, architectural beauty, and price were excellent. However, I didn't have the opportunity to use other hotel services because my stay was short and I was out working all day. One additional suggestion is that I would like the rooms to have bathrobes or pyjamas like other hotels do.
The food needs to be improved. Breakfast was particularly challenging for me, as the selection, taste, and overall quality did not meet my expectations.
Avani has introduced me to the real Thai hospitality. I would love to get back there for sure whenever I am in Khon Kaen.
I always choose to stay at Avani Khon Kaen Hotel & Convention Centre whenever I visit Khon Kaen because I know I can count on the excellent service and comfortable accommodations.
The front desk staff are always warm, professional, and efficient, making check-in and check-out smooth every time. The housekeeping team does an outstanding job keeping the rooms spotless, and the restaurant staff are attentive and friendly, creating a wonderful dining experience.
One of the things I really appreciate is the complimentary airport shuttle service, which makes traveling so much more convenient.
The rooms are spacious, clean, and very comfortable, making it easy to relax after a long day. The breakfast buffet is another highlight, offering an impressive variety of both Thai and international dishes, with something for everyone.
Overall, Avani Khon Kaen consistently delivers excellent service and great value. It truly feels like my home away from home whenever I’m in Khon Kaen, and I highly recommend it to anyone visiting the city.
Delious foods and fantastic staff.
Stayed in Jr Suite. Spacious and comfortable. Room was clean and bed comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. Staff performance excellent. Only negative was hot water to shower not always hot. Whirlpool tub always had hot water.
