stayed at Centara Nova Hotel Pattaya and really enjoyed my stay. The hotel feels cozy and relaxing, and the room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very friendly and helpful, especially Manager Fe she gave excellent service and made me feel very welcome. Overall, it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel

A special thanks to Fe, the hotel manager, who was incredibly professional and made sure all our requests were met with a warm smile. Her team was equally helpful and knowledgeable. Highly recommend! I had a truly wonderful stay at CENTARA NOVA HOTEL! From arrival, the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, especially at the front desk who managed our late check-in smoothly. My room was Deluxe Suite room which was spacious, spotless, and the bed was remarkably comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep. I particularly enjoyed the delicious breakfast each morning and the hotel's convenient location within walking distance of major attractions. The overall experience exceeded my expectations, offering excellent value for money. We can't fault it and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

This hotel has its advantages. The price was good. The rooms are spacious (30 square meters) and clean. The balcony is pleasant. There's a large central pool. HOWEVER, the common areas and the pool area aren't cleaned, and the water isn't very clean. Trash accumulates without being removed; there's even an open bin meant for recycling. Disgusting!

Nice hotel polite and welcoming staff good check in and check out, should request to clean the room otherwise they will clean it late.near by everything 1 kilometer to central festival and beach road. Thanks to fe and her team any inqueries about the attraction was politely answer helpful staff and good english convesation.

I had a fantastic 14-day holiday at the Centara Hotel in Pattaya. The location was perfect — close to everything yet peaceful enough to relax and unwind. The food was excellent with a wide variety to choose from, and every meal was enjoyable. The staff were absolutely brilliant — friendly, attentive, and always willing to help with a smile. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Very comfortable. Nice amenities. Excellent value! Staff was great! Good location that is relatively close to beach.

Room was a one month 1 bdrm condo rental (20,000 Baht) total cost with electricity to be added after our checkout.
Items that were not included are Wi-Fi television, cable, housekeeping, and meals. A washing machine and kitchenettewas provided in suite. Cooking utensils, plates, bowls, were a mishmash of various sorts. No hotel restaurant or shops.
Air conditioning was quite comfortable, balcony and room view from the 19th floor was beautiful with sea and city views. The rooftop Infiniti swimming pool on the 44th floor was incredible and face the ocean.

Second visit to this hotel, staff very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and quite modern. Rooms are spacious and toiletries provided. The pool is clean with a small jacuzzi area. Food can be ordered to the room any time.
Thee hotel is a 15 min walk to the bright lights so is pretty quiet also, a taxi/bike will only cost about 20 baht if you can't manage the walk.
There is a 7/11 right next door and a couple of food vendors outside. A money exchange kiosk across the road with a favorable rate.
Overall another great stay, would recommend it and will return.

Centara nova hotel pattya is the best hotel in pattya with nice rooms and good in cleaning and excellent breakfast of North and South Indian breakfast and the manager is very helpful to all clients and good staff

Perfect location Not large rooms with all acceptable conditions.
Staff explains everything all rooms is non smoking and good breakfast, no meals for dinner. Restaurant close @ 14:00hrs. Can order snacks until 7:00 PM.
I was thoroughly impressed by the outstanding service and welcoming atmosphere. Fe in the front desk staff, was exceptionally patient and friendly throughout my visit. Her warm smile and willingness to assist with all my inquiries made the experience truly enjoyable. She went above and beyond to ensure I felt comfortable, demonstrating genuine care and professionalism.

Fe is very warm and take care of our stay with my family. She greeted as with a charming smile as always. Any issues we face has quickly resolve. Everyone in the reception is very helpful. Fe herself get down our luggage. Everyone in Centara nova is friendly from the house keepingto the restaurant. Fe has great staff. Nothing to much trouble very good team. Just notice no luggage man and no security during our stay.

Nice and friendly staff, has a good restaurant with few Menu. The closing of the restaurant is not consistent reception inform me when check in that during friday and saturday restaurant closes at 9:00pm. One friday want to order food at 7:30 PM it is already close. I ended up going out to find a food.Nice pool with jacuzzi and happy hour. Over all a very nice Hotel with short distance to the pattaya beach and central mall. A special thanks to Fe and her team for superb service. A well mannered and friedly Manager , on the 1st few minutes of my check in, she called and asked if my room is okay. On the 2nd day another call from the asked if i sleep well from the night they even asked if i have problem connecting to wifi. All staff was polite and always greeting me whenever they sees me. I have stayed here several times and are always very satisfied. Again Thank you Centara for a excellent service special mention to Fe and Ning in the breakfast.Highly recomended

The location of the hotel is next level,seven eleven is just beside the hotel and message parlour is available inside the hotel.i love this hotel so much in Pattaya I stayed here before also everyime whenever I visit pattaya I stay in Nova centara only because the staff of this hotel is so good and polite with all the guests.i would specially thanks to the manager miss Fee😍 and their all the staff Yui,Noon😍 and everyone if this hotel.The room is service is also good they clean the room everyday.I think the best hotel in Pattaya is only centara Nova 🏨.

The staff we're exceptionally exceptional location was great.
When I come back I will definitely stay in this hotel again, it is a hidden gem.
The pool area with bar was great, and at a perfect depth where I could stand without the water swallowing me as I'm a rubbish swimmer.

We did encounter an issue with our key card, but Nuch fixed it quickly and professionally.
