Double charged for the room.. no reply
Pros:

It's hard to find a good hotel in Mumbai. Jewelry and a debit card went missing from the room, which could happen at any hotel unfortunately. But on top of that we were double charged for one of the nights and they are not getting back to my request to address this.

The hotel itself was clean which was great and the breakfast was good. I just wish the customer service was better. And always use the safe-wherever you stay!

Hotel reservations was terrible
Pros:

I had confirmation of a booking at this hotel. When we arrived, they told us that we didn't have a reservation and there wasn't any room available. The guest clerk was very rude and said we were supposed to have responded to some email. He supposedly wrote, which I never found. We had to change Hotels at the last minute.

The front desk, housekeeping, and restaurant teams were wonderfully accommodating and helpful. The area can be noisy but it's in the heart of the busy city so noise is expected. Clean and easy to travel from to all parts of the city. .

Brilliant layover hotel and very beautiful
Pros:

Fantastic experience! The reception staff were incredibly friendly and customer-focused, making the check-in process seamless. The hotel was spotless, and the room service team was accommodating and always cheerful. The location is excellent, with plenty of shops and eateries nearby, and it’s only about a 20-minute drive from Mumbai International Airport. I would definitely book here again!”

Too good for a short stay
Pros:

I was surprised to see my room that was so big for a solo traveler and decorated with balloons such as a birthday party. I arrived there at 3 am and checked out at 9 am. The room was too good for such a short stay.

The pictures are nothing like the hotel hall and rooms.
It is getting old, there is no pressure in the bathroom, there were insects in my room.

This is very far from a 4 star hotel. Maybe it was 20 years ago.

Pros:

It was just for a day.The rooms were a bit noises.Howeverreally tidy and clean.There was a free shuttle to the airport to which they even sent a wake up call themselves.
