Perfect for a short stay in Dublin
Pros:

Very well located, just a short walk from Heuston Trainstation and the Bus Stop for the Dublin Express to/from the Airport, and quite a few shops and pubs around. Staff was very friendly and helpful, rooms clean with comfy beds.

Great location, friendly welcome and helpful staff.
Pros:

The room and bed were very comfortable, with adequate space and a good desk area too.
The welcome and check-in process were great. The location is superb.
There was a problem with the shower in my room, and the staff were very helpful and transferred me to an alternative room with no hassle.

Cons:

It was all fine.

Pros:

I stayed for the Dublin marathon and the staff were very accommodating when I had requests for using breakfast facilities early in the morning. The location was highly convenient also and near a luas line.

Nice friendly staff. The Hotel is basic and is ok for an overnight stay which is reasonably priced.
Pros:

Our room was facing out on the street and there was a lot of noise. Our room was comfortable, however the bathroom was very small. Tea and coffee were provided which was nice after our journey. The bed was very comfortable and the room was warm enough. The girl on reception was very helpful and helped with booking a taxi for us.

Cons:

The breakfast was a continental breakfast but was very nice. We returned to the hotel after a show and the bar was closed. There was no evening meal available there, however there is a couple of nice pubs just around the corner with nice food.
