The cleanliness of the room was excellent which was did by Jouisse , Peter and Fahad . Excellent service they provided for both the rooms that we stayed in .
The location is good, the rooms are spacious and the staff is helpful. Everything was clean and the noise level was non existent. Very calm.
This hotel is primarily used for Qatar Airways customers who miss their connection at Doha airport..
The staff couldn’t care less, we asked multiple times for towels and were told they would be sent to the room but don’t arrive
We had QAR250 each to spend but only did the buffet lunch which was nice
Wouldn’t bother with the pool, staff have to give you access which is ludicrous then again we request pool towels which followed about 20min after being given access to the pool area. Madness
Checkout was chaos, everyone trying to checkout at same time in order to get transfer to the airport.. invoices being prepared and signatures requested even when no additional spend had occurred. Process overload
Our flight got cancelled and I had already made the payment for two nights. So I lost one night payment. For the next day's early departure, we had ordered an early wake up call at 05.00 a.m. However, nobody called, but thankfully there is a Mosque nearby that woke us up at 04.30 a.m.
When we arrived at the hotel , tired, but hungry. we decided to go and have dinner at the hotel's restaurant. This was around 09.00 p.m. The food was filling, but almost cold. I have stayed at better hotels than this. To top off everything else, our luggage did not arrive with us, but was checked in to our final destination.

I normally write reviews at the end of our stays however feel I need to write this while we are still here.
My wife and I have stayed one night out of three nights and have already been to reception 3 times for basic housekeeping issues.
Despite the room having been booked for almost 12 months when we arrived they struggled to find an available room that we had booked.
They had housekeeping hastily prepare the room.
Visit 1 to reception 10 minutes after check in - There was only one towel and no toiletries in the room. They were delivered quickly.
Visit 2 the next morning as there were food residue on the floor from the previous guests that hadn’t been vacuumed before we checked in and the toilet seat was broken. These were rectified later in the morning.
Visit 3 the afternoon of the second day as once again they had left one towel for 2 people and not replenished the toiletries. The in-room safe was also not working.
For a hotel that claims to be 5 star these are basic issues that should not arise and take away from the relaxing time we were hoping to have.
The room is okay but not great. The reception staff have been the only positive so far.

The hotel is excellent. Large rooms, immaculately kept. Staff were friendly and helpful at every stage making the stay easier.
We arrived a day later to Doha as our flight got cancelled. Did not get our money back as the hotel indicated that we had made our hotel booking directly with Discover Qatar as well as our airport transfer, which showed that we had not paid for it. We were too tired to argue about it. So we decided to pay for it on the spot. It wasn’t much, but it’s the principal. Went to have a buffet dinner at the hotel, which was practically cold. Asked for a early wake up call for the next morning, but no call. Thank God there’s a Mosque near NY that woke us up at 04.30
One night was enough for our stay at this hotel.
Great customer service.Cant remember her name but she was a short asian lady at the reception.Amazing hospitality.rooms have good amenities.loved the pool location as well.Check in and check out are pretty much simplified.Not a hustle.Will definitely go back to Concorde
Staff were professionally trained. Clean and spacious rooms. Food was good especially pastries. Axcomodating staffs.

We stayed overnight at the hotel with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was not as pleasant as we expected. The room and facilities were fine, but our stay was affected by the rude staff and unprofessional behaivor of one of the restaurant staff.
When we tried to pass through the restaurant area to go the pool, we were stopped and treated disrespectfully because our keycard wasn't working on the other door. Instead of assisting us politely, the staff spoke in a rude manner and made us feel unwelcome.
I immediately reported the incident to the receptionon the same day, hoping proper action would have be taken. It was disappointing because such behavior does not reflect good customer service, especially in a hotel. Later on some staff even mentioned that this staff had a bad attitude toward them too. That really says a lot. So disappointing, we just wanted to enjoy our short stay and celebrate my son's birthday but that encounter made us feel unwelcome.
I hope the management addresses this issue and provides better staff traning to ensure that other guests do not experience the same
Unfortunately, this hotel should not be rated 5 stars but rather 2 stars, even though the hotel staff claimed that there are local 5-star and international 5-star standards. In that case, they are local 5 stars. The staff were very friendly, especially Jerick, Fayad, and Sayed. But I’m talking about the hotel in general—it was very poor. The swimming pool was not functioning; no one was swimming. The jacuzzi/sauna area was empty—no staff around. The overall atmosphere of the hotel was incredibly sad and depressing! Breakfast was very simple, and unfortunately, we found hair in our omelet. Although the staff apologized, changed our room, and listened to everything we said, this hotel deserves 2–3 stars at most. Nothing more. I’m speaking from experience, not just criticizing for the sake of it, but telling the truth. Otherwise, thanks to the great staff who always listened to us and helped us. However, the hotel manager should take the situation seriously and make changes to the breakfast, pool, and rooms so that it truly deserves a 5-star rating.

I had a wonderful stay at the Concorde Hotel in Doha. I was very happy to receive an upgrade upon check-in, which made my stay even more comfortable and enjoyable. Although I didn’t get a complimentary late checkout, the overall experience was excellent.
The staff truly made a difference — a special thanks to Ibraheem and Adeela for their exceptional help, professionalism, and warm hospitality. They went above and beyond to ensure everything went smoothly throughout my stay.
The breakfast buffet was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and delicious options to start the day right. The location is also convenient, making it easy to get around the city.
Overall, I highly recommend Concorde Hotel Doha for its great service, comfortable rooms, and welcoming atmosphere.
