Important information:

- Winter : NOT 5 mi of skating rink but 1.2 mi, we also have access to snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails in the forest, also as renting equipements. Snowmobile trails are near but we do not have snowmobile rental.
- Summer: our MAIN activities are rental paddle board, kayak and pedalo also as biking. No golfing.
- Summer: we also have 2 beachs area and bar
- Lido Thermal is name of our spa: indoor and outdoor installations : several hot tubs, a polar bath, a dry sauna, a steam sauna (hammam), a barrel sauna directly on the lake and access to the lake in summer and winter.

The staff was amazing. Very friendly. Restaurants were excellent too.

Pros:

2e séjour ici cette année. Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement, l’ambiance et la vue sur le lac, ainsi que l’accès au spa, à la piscine et aux embarcations, le tout inclus dans le prix du séjour. La possibilité de profiter des lieux avant l’enregistrement et après avoir libéré la chambre est un véritable plus. La gentillesse du personnel, l’aménagement et les commodités de la chambre, ainsi que la tranquillité dans l’immeuble ont également contribué à rendre notre séjour très agréable.

Cons:

Dans l’ensemble, le service nous a semblé moins fluide lors de ce séjour … des
petites choses qui s’additionnent. Il était difficile de joindre la réception par téléphone, et des couvertures supplémentaires demandées ne nous ont jamais été apportées. L’espace de repos intérieur du spa était fermé pendant une journée. Il manquait d’eau dans certains espaces aménagés, de tisanes et de robes de chambres. Enfin, la connexion Wi-Fi dans la chambre était très mauvaise tout au long du séjour.

Fantastique, une belle découverte!
Pros:

J'ai adoré la chambre, très spacieuse, mobilier très jolie. Matelas confortable. Le site est super beau, l'extérieur ; l'accès à la mini plage avec les chaises longues, le quai, les spas... Le restaurant était très bon et original (sur la plaque de pierre spéciale!), cher, mais délicieux et une expérience agréable.

Cons:

C'était un peu dispendieux en général (logement et souper) ; mais j'y retournerai assurément :)

Un bon séjour mais certains désagréments ( l’hôtel devrait remédier à ceux-ci sans tarder)
Pros:

J’ai bien aimé la chambre, les restaurants et les randonnées à proximité.

Cons:

Les bains tombent un peu en décrépitude: tuiles manquantes et moisissures sur les bords.
En plus, les gens laissaient traîner leur verre terminé partout à côté des bains. C’était très malpropre et aucun employé ne les ramassaient: je vous parle d’une cinquantaine de verres minimum.
Pour le brunch, j’ai trouvé que 40$ pour un déjeuner continental était un prix exagéré!

Pros:

There were several spas to choose from. It was quiet and really relaxing. The beach was nice and the lawn chairs were comfortable. You had the lake view from the restaurant and lobby. The room was spacious and clean. We had a nice big balcony.

Cons:

The room was a little far from the spas.
