Important information:

- Winter : NOT 5 mi of skating rink but 1.2 mi, we also have access to snowshoeing and cross-country skiing trails in the forest, also as renting equipements. Snowmobile trails are near but we do not have snowmobile rental.
- Summer: our MAIN activities are rental paddle board, kayak and pedalo also as biking. No golfing.
- Summer: we also have 2 beachs area and bar
- Lido Thermal is name of our spa: indoor and outdoor installations : several hot tubs, a polar bath, a dry sauna, a steam sauna (hammam), a barrel sauna directly on the lake and access to the lake in summer and winter.
- Restaurants : we have THREE restaurant and one of the most important and renowned wine cellar in Quebec

- ROK; offers a concept of grilled meats & seafood where you will live the experience of doing your own cooking on a hot volcanic stone.

Décevant pour un 4 étoiles!
Pros:

Le restaurant le Voilier.
Le service était très bon.
Un peu cher et le contenu des assiettes petit.

Cons:

La chambre était poussiéreuse. Le divan un peu abîmé et pas nettoyé.
Il y a eu un problème de personnel et nous avons été aidé pour le divan lit à 23h :(

Tres bon hotel, nouveau, propre. Il manque plus de restaurants. Le service dans le restaurant netait pas bon.

Séjour reposant en général.
Pros:

Confort de la chambre. Vue sur le lac. Repas au restaurant délicieux.

Cons:

Le lancer de la hache pour les enfants qui a été installé directement devant la seule salle de repos disponible, donc très bruyant.
Le manque de chaises à l'extérieur près des bains pour profiter du beau soleil.
La musique, qui n'était pas très relaxante à mon avis et aussi répétitive.

Pros:

C'était parfait. Le personnel sympathique, la chambre avec foyer hyper chaleureuse, bien entretenue, propreté impeccable, belles installations de bains nordiques dans un paysage romantique. Nous avons déjà hâte d'y retourner :)

Séjour agréable
Pros:

Le cadre de cet hotel est très agréable, très isolé, la vue magnifique et les nuits y sont calmes. Les bains chauds pour se détendre top. Les produits du petit déjeuner d'une très bonne qualité.
Les équipements très utiles manque juste une plaque de cuisson. Dans la salle de bain douche et grande baignoire.

Cons:

L'absence de ménage durant le séjour. Seuls le dessus du lit est refait (les draps de dessous non remis en place) et pas de coup d'aspirateur ou balai ni nettoyage de l'entrée. Nous avons du réclamer à 2 reprises de nettoyer l'entrée très sale au bout de plusieurs jours de passage.

This is a wonderfully romantic getaway with outdoor activities to enjoy as a couple. Even on the weekend it wasn’t too b
Pros:

The room was well equipped and laid out (in room fireplace, kitchenette, open bathtub area, large balcony and large seating area). The spa was so relaxing and love the fact that you can enjoy it before and after checkout of the room. The sauna on the dock with the polar dip in the lake was a highlight. You have the option of going skating on the lake in front of the hotel or x-country skiing, hiking or snowmobiling. We chose to do circuits at the spa for the two days.

Cons:

It is a bit pricey but still worth it. Would just be nice to be able to stay for more nights.
