Important information:

Baby equipment is available at an extra cost and upon prior request during the reservation process. Please note that 1 session of hammam per apt and per week is offered free of charge (other sessions at extra cost). Amenities for people with reduced mobility are available upon prior request during the reservation process subject to availability. Checks vacances holiday vouchers, French checks and cash are accepted methods of payment. Beds can be made on arrival at an extra cost per unit upon prior request during the reservation process. Guests are expected to clean the accommodations and wash the dishes before check-out (as final cleaning is not included). Reception Opening Hours : Everyday from 8:00 tp 12:00 and 16:00 to 20:00. Optional services : baby bed EUR 15 per stay – baby high chair EUR 15 per stay– baby bed + baby high chair : EUR 25 per stay. A weekly EUR 39 fee applies per pet (max 2 per apartment). Possibility of breakfast : EUR 12 per adult, and EUR 5.50 per child aged 3 to 10 years old.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Bon séjour
Pros:

L'accueil, le service de pain livré le matin, la salle de sport et les parties communes

Cons:

Il est dommage qu'un incident sur le volet de la piscine l'ai rendue inutilisable, mais cela fait partie des aléas possibles. Notre hôtesse à l'accueil nous a tout expliqué et proposé un autre service (le sauna).

Got phone call after checkout demanding more money....
Pros:

Good pool.

Cons:

Beds old and worn. Place a bit tatty and worn out. Minimal crockery. Small space. OK for skiers, not so great for Summer. After we left phone call demanding money for City Tax which we have already paid through Booking.com. Currently trying to get my second tax payment back (€105) via credit card.

L accueil, le calme, l architecture des lieux et sa lumière . Les structures hammam, piscine, salle de sport.
Les appartements agréables et bien équipés.

Cons:

Manque une restauration du soir , un bar de convivialité

J ignore s il y a une laverie mais sur plus d une semaine ça peut être intéressant de disposer de machines à pièces sur place.....

Ma literie dans la 26 était déformée et usées dans une chambre, dans l autre les enfants avaients des matelas neufs ou presque.

Free access to a swimming pool and the rooms were good value for the money paid.

Cons:

The manager came across as grumpy and I believe the pool was only cleaned once whilst we were there. The oven is quite dangerously placed
