Pros:

Nous avons tout aimé. La chambre était magnifique, très propre et confortable. Le personnel était très professionnel, accueillant et attentionné. Le restaurant était excellent, vraiment délicieux. Le spa a également été très apprécié et a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. Franchement, un magnifique séjour du début à la fin.

Location is good too. Its not in the middle of town but it is very close to the train and bus stations - gives you the option to start at any of the lifts.

Christina. There were some bumps but Christina went out of her way and made it work. If it weren't for her, I think i would have been pretty upset w the room.

Cons:

Its a little old. I got the 2 bedrooms suite. The second bedroom is barely a bedroom. The beds are short and the door doesnt close. It works for small children. On top, the closets are outside in the hallway and living room. Weird.

Pros:

Staff were stellar. One of the people in our party was injured and they were exceptional in helping with luggage, calling taxis and arranging contacts for these services.

Emplacement parfait.

Cons:

Salle de bain à refaire : poignée de la porte à moitié cassée, cuvette des toilettes ne tient plus, radiateur ou sont posé les linges plein de poussière.
Rien pour poser les linges humides.
Petit déjeuner au sous-sol pas du tout agréable.
Dans les chambres si plus de café faut payer ( avec le tarif des chambres déçu qu'il faut payer les café)
Au gros je retournerai pas dans cette hôtel.

Café da manhã abaixo do padrão de uma hospedagem Suíça. Poucas opções e algumas coisas bizarras ( cobrar omeletes a parte )

Grundsätzlich war alles ok, doch die Details machen es aus, dass auch die einfachen Gäste kommen.

Die Lage, das Zimmer waren super

Cons:

Alles auf Englisch zu kommunizieren, Empfang, im Restaurant und beim Frühstück.
Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, da kann man nichts besser machen. Es wäre einfach toll, wenn in einem Hotel in den Schweizer Bergen deutsch gesprochen wird.
Das Angebot für Vegetarier im Restaurant war auch sehr begrenzt, schade

Bel hôtel à proximité de la gare, et excellent restaurant
Pros:

L'emplacement de l'hôtel à 100m de la gare et du train pour nous amener sur les pistes.
Le sauna spacieux, et la piscine assez grande.
Le petit déjeuner est conforme à ce qui se fait actuellement dans un 4 étoiles.
Le restaurant est très bon, gastronomique.
