Pros:

Für uns war die Lage super, wir konnten das Gepäck schon am Morgen im Hotel abgeben und hatten somit den ganzen Tag für eine Wanderung zur Verfügung. Auch am Abreisetag wurde uns die Möglichkeit angeboten wieder das Gepäck bis zu unserer Abreise zu deponieren.

Die Lage ist sehr gut!

Cons:

Der Frühstückssaal ist nicht schön, da sind wir im 4 Sterne Hotel besseres gewohnt!
Der Kellner war sehr unfreundlich, da wir etwas spät gekommen sind, er war schon am wegräumen, er war sehr gestresst!

Pros:

Hotel je krásný, čistý a má fantastickou polohu, snídaně byly dobré. Zaměstnanci hotelu byli velmi milí.

Cons:

Osprchovat se horkou vodou bylo možné pouze ráno. Když jsme se sprchovali večer, okolo 21h, tak tekla teplá voda a okolo 22h ani ne teplá, ale vlažná. U snídaně jsem chvíli přemýšlela nad tím, jestli má hotel dost zaměstnanců, protože ve špičce lítali po restauraci a vypadali trochu uštvaně, nicméně všechno zvládali. Snídaně by mohla být za tu cenu pestřejší.

家族4人で2部屋利用しました。1部屋はベーシックタイプ、もう1部屋はスイートタイプです。

駅から近く立地が良く、ホテル自体も綺麗だった点は良かったです。

ただ、設備面で残念な点がありました。

ベーシックタイプの部屋はテレビがつかず、スイートタイプの部屋もテレビがつかない、スタンド照明がつかない、お風呂のお湯を排水できないという不具合がありました。そのため、楽しみにしていたお風呂にも入ることができませんでした。

翌日、修理をお願いしたところ、テレビとスタンド照明は修理されていましたが、お風呂については排水の修理もされておらず、浴槽の清掃もされていない状態でした。

せっかくの旅行で、スイートルームに高い料金を支払って利用しているだけに、この対応にはとても残念な気持ちになりました。

設備の不具合があること自体は仕方がない場合もありますが、修理を依頼した後の確認や清掃まで含めて、従業員の方への指導を徹底していただきたいです。

立地やホテルの綺麗さは良かっただけに、今後は宿泊料金に見合ったサービスと、より丁寧な対応を期待します。

Pokoj byl krásný a útulný. Personál byl velice milý a vše ochotně vysvětlil.

V pokoji bylo extrémně slyšet splachování toalet z okolních pokojů. Během noci to bylo dost rušivé.
