Highly recommended just don’t plan to leave before seven
Pros:

Close to the station, Matterhorn view

Cons:

breakfast didn’t start til 7.00. The breakfast box packed as a substitute when we had to catch an early train was not very appealing.

Situation, simplicité, service, prix convenable

Cons:

La fenêtre de ma chambre ne pouvait être totalement obscurcie et l'éclairage voisin de la gare rayonnait fortement. Matelas un peu dur à mon goût, installations un peu vieillottes.

Super sympa, trop cher !
Pros:

L’emplacement, la piscine, les équipements (local à Ski)

Cons:

Chambre trop petite pour le prix… mini salle de bain pas hyper propre. Dommage que la piscine ne soit pas ouverte après 20h.
Rapport qualité prix vraiment décevant.

Bom pequeno almoço.

Cons:

Bastante caro, mas estamos em Zermatt.....
Do acesso ao hotel, por uma rampa para a qual é preciso especial atenção por causa da formação de gelo.
Quarto excessivamente aquecido.

La cordialidad del staff, la ubicacion, y las instalaciones en general, muy buenos.

Cons:

Desayuno bueno pero podria estar mucho mejor y la calefaccion en el desayuno es sofocante, este punto si es para mejorar.
