Pros:

It was very clean and the staff friendly. Nice location, close to Sunnegga funicular, besides the small hill. Very good breakfast. Good cost benefit.

Cons:

The room was too hot in the evening, we had to let the windows open to get some air. The sofa bed was too hard, my son couldn’t sleep well there.

Great option for a family of 4, good food, good value.
Pros:

We did half board and the meals were very nice. Fairly standard breakfast options. The restaurant area had a good feel. The food for dinners included in the half board were generous and delicious. They also had a child's menu with popular options. We stayed in a 4 person room and the bed set up was a queen and two singles which worked well for our family. The rooms felt clean and updated. A fairly quick walk to the venicular to get to skiing. They seemed to have the correct number of helpful and friendly staff both at the front desk and at the restaurant. The room had good windows and a small balcony. Nice ski/boot room with boot heaters.

Cons:

The shower head was at an odd placement that made it very difficult to shower without getting water all over the bathroom. The room was on the smaller side to sleep 4 people but it worked and the closet space was big enough to store luggage. The location is good but it is uphill from the Main Street (5-10 minute walk -not all uphill). It was quieter and less expensive than a hotel would have been on the Main Street which was great.

1. 아침식사는 그럭저럭 괜찮음.. 근데 그게 다임
2. 다락방인데 테라스에서 마테호른이 보여서 다양한 시간대에 감상이 가능했음.

Cons:

1. 다락방을 주었는데 키도 큰데다 천장이 낮아 계속 머리를 부딛혀 방안을 조심스럽게 걸어다녀야 했음.
2. 욕실 샤워부스는 없고 배스가 있었는데 너무 작고 수도꼭지가 옆으로 튀어나와 있어 샤워도 물 받아 목욕도 모두 어려웠음.

Will return to stay, feels quite comfortable
Pros:

Very clean and welll managed property close to Sunegga and walkable from train station without luggage.

Breakfast is very good. High quality compared to the US and compared to other hotels I recently stayed at.

Staff is quite efficient. Sabina advised me on what to do, and was quite caring with whatever i needed.

Cons:

No coffee maker or hot water. Had to pay 5 chf each time I wanted basic hot water which I drink in the evening to not get sick.

Good but could be better.
Pros:

Rooms were of a nice size and the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

Lack of pillows, small towels and no tea making facilities. After a day skiing or sightseeing people like to have a relaxing hot drink.
