Wonderful hotel. Walk uphill.
Pros:

Check-in time was at limited time and we arrived late (10:30 pm) due to luggage problems at the airport but I was so relieved that we got our keys to our room even though we did not see anyone from the front desk. The key and the note was enough. It is very comfortable and very clean! The breakfast was fabulous!

Cons:

The location was great. Near the train station but it was a little challenging for us, with a baby, a toddler and a senior citizen as it is an uphill walk.

Cons:

Very late check-in 3.00 PM, slow check in due to filling of occupant details/address etc, In breakfast - No Omelet but can be order on payment. No courtesy pickup/drop to Railway station which is only 800 mts away but available on payment of CHF 5/person and minimum 2 person i.e. CHF 10/couple one way which is expensive. Last 100 meter has slop/slanting so walking with luggage is tiring.

It would have been perfect if the day we stayed there was clear no . We missed seeing Matterhorn .
