Pros:

Hôtel très propre, le personnel est à l'écoute.
J'ai pris une chambre avec vue sur le Mont Cervin, au réveil le matin c'est une vue splendide.
Petite attention, des mandarines à la réception, chaque jour, très agréable et délicieuses.

Cons:

Pas de machine à café dans la chambre, c'est un service minimum aujourd'hui dans les hôtels, surtout à Zermatt vu les tarifs.

Un bon hôtel de qualité
Pros:

Un bon hôtel 3* à un prix abordable (on est en Suisse). Pas très éloigné de la gare (on peut y aller à pied ; l'hôtel propose cependant une navette). Il est situé à l'extrémité nord de la ville ; à 300 m de la remontée mécanique nord (accessible en marchant) ; un peu plus éloigné du train à crémaillère (au centre de la ville) ; éloigné de la remontée mécanique sud qui monte directement vers le Cervin (il faut prendre le bus souvent bondé dont l'arrêt est à proximité de l'hôtel - près du magasin de location de ski qui fait une réduction de 10 % aux clients de l'hôtel). La chambre supérieure est grande et confortable avec un coin salon. Le restaurant "La Calèche" propose une cuisine de qualité et un menu à 50 CHF le soir. Le petit-déjeuner est copieux et de bonne qualité. Le bar est grand et chaleureux. Le panier de mandarines qui nous accueille à l'entrée de l'hôtel...

Cons:

Il n'y a pas de vue particulière depuis l'hôtel. La navette de l'hôtel n'est pas disponible pour conduire les clients vers les remontées mécaniques (ce qui serait particulièrement utile pour celle située à l'extrémité sud qui monte directement vers le Cervin) ; je ne sais pas pourquoi alors que d'autres hôtels le font... Sachant que la course en taxi électrique est prohibitif (de l'ordre de 40-50 CHF pour aller d'un bout à l'autre de la ville !). La municipalité pourrait organiser un service de bus plus efficace en période pleine (à proximité de l'hôtel - soit à mi-course - le bus est déjà plein à craquer). La propreté de la chambre pourrait être améliorée : l'aspirateur n'est pas passé tous les jours et le dessus des couettes est passablement jauni... On est en Suisse quand même ! Pas de jus de fruit frais au petit-déjeuner (alors que pour le reste, le petit-déjeuner est très bien). Attention au prix des repas en Suisse qui sont le double des prix français ou italien, ce qui n'est pas justifié (du coup, beaucoup d'Italiens ont ouvert un restaurant en Suisse...).

Un hôtel confortable d’un rapport qualité prix correct

Cons:

La personne à l’accueil était limite désagréable.
Pas d’eau chaude un soir et un matin …. Pas un mot d’excuse.

Tudo no hotel é perfeito! A começar pelas pessoas: são gentis, educadas, simpáticas e eficientes. Leandro, Catarina, Elsa e Sabine: muito obrigada! Vocês fizeram diferença na nossa estadia ❤️ O café da manhã é simplesmente incrível! Variado, com deliciosas opções de queijos, pães, frutas… O quarto é confortável e o banheiro ótimo! Tudo é impecável.

A comfortable stay in a beautiful city
Pros:

It takes about 10-15 minutes walking from the main train station. My room no. is 231 which is spacious and spotlessly clean, attached with a sizeable pantry. The lady in the reception was very cordial and helpful, a room was given to us at the time of our arrival (about 11 am). Immediately we were also given a scan code for free bus travel within Lucerne. Finally, the breakfast was of good quality.

Enklare hotell i Zermatt.
Pros:

Väldigt god frukost på mysigt familjärt hotell. Nära till Sunnegga banan och tågstationen. En lugn del av Zermatt.
Vi betalade för halvpension, lagom avvägda middagar och helt ok mat. Middagarna tog för lång tid, personalen hann inte med och man gjorde missar när vi exempelvis bad om att ta bort sås på rätter.

Cons:

När vi checkade in sa man att det endast fanns ett rum på vinden ( med begränsad takhöjd, då menar jag verkligen lågt i tak i hela rummet) och ett rum precis vid receptionen.
Receptionen hade direkt insyn till sängen när dörr öppnades och var det minsta jag bott i. Fanns ingen hall.
Jag frågade om det inte fanns annat rum men fick nej. Vid bokningen framgick det inte att det var dessa alternativ som fanns att välja på. Kändes som vi inte blev prioriterade gäster (är det för vi bokat genom booking?)
