Pros:

部屋は広くて清潔で可愛い！久しぶりにバスタブに浸かれたのは最高だった！朝ごはんは種類が豊富でスモークサーモンがあったのと甘いパンの種類が多くて美味しかった！フルーツもたくさんあった！
スタッフはみんな親切です。

Cons:

ホテルに向かうには急な坂を100mほど上らないといけないのが重いスーツケースを持ってる人は大変だと思うが、有料の送迎サービスを使えば問題なし！

Nice hotel in Zermatt, friendly staff, excellent breakfast, comfortable and well located
Pros:

The breakfast was diverse, including vegetables and fruits. The coffee was tasty. The room was very clean, the bad comfortable and the bathroom was very clean and with nice smelling shower gel. There is a light slope from the main road to the hotel, but it was acceptable for walking. The hotel is located in quiet area. The staff at the reception and in the breakfast room was very friendly and taking care of our requests. The rooms were decorated nicely, in the style of a mountain chalet. Personally I like more this style than very modern, it is more like home. We stayed for 1 night.

Great view and comfortable room
Pros:

View was incredible and nice to have a balcony to enjoy it from. Breakfast has a very good selection. Room was clean, spacious and comfortable.

Pros:

Estaba muy limpio, el personal muy amable y el desayuno muy completo. Está a unos 20 minutos andando del telesilla para subir al Cervino.

Pros:

Sehr freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal. Gute Zimmer, gutes Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis. Wir hatten HP und wir waren positiv überrascht, wie gut das Abendessen war. Es gab auch veg. Gerichte und das Essen war wirklich sehr gut. Ebenso das Frühstück. Alles frisch, lecker und soweit alles, was man braucht um den Tag zu beginnen. Gerne wieder.
